The product is amazing and the staff too. Nothing was too much trouble and sourcing some of the items missing was done with minimal fuss.

Assistant in store very helpful with meaningful and practical advice. Not pushy for a sale at all, we bought the pan that fitted our needs best.

High end kitchen utensils just around the corner from John Lewis. Quality products if you can afford them, not really necessary in a cost of living crisis for the majority. At least the price’s keep the riff raff out.

My wife and I visited the Solihull store in Touchwood to buy a teapot (originally), but then decided to buy a set of new knives. The staff are very helpful and friendly and you can even try the knives out first and then view the knife stands before purchasing. There is no pressure at all, and we are very happy with the set we purchased. Thank you.

We have both bought a lot of cooking items from Pro cook and their quality is second to none. Great value for money!! The young lady in the Solihull store, imaan, was fantastic. Her knowledge and enthusiasm were all hugely appreciated and we felt under no pressure as she guided us through the various options. Would highly recommend!!
