Great Customer service at Solihull
The gentleman in store was so helpful when I asked about comparing two products. A lady kindly took item whilst I shopped and would kindly put behind the till.

We went to buy new kitchen knives. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made shopping easy and gave us the knowledge we needed to make an informed choice. We are very happy with the result
