The girl who served was great she was really happy, friendly and gave me all the info on how to care for the pan I purchased made light conversion and was genuinely lovely and really helpful.
The pan itself is brilliant hardly have to use any oil which is perfect so far so good .

All team is polite and matériel is good quality

Was looking for a new smaller dish to cook lasagna in. Noticed ProCook shop in Solihull, walked in for the first time. Very impressed with the enormous range of cookware on offer. Assistant approached to ask if I was looking for anything particular. She showed me a variety to meet my needs and I chose a lovely blue ceramic square dish. Have not tried it out yet, but sure it will be perfect. Attractive shop, amazing variety of goods, would recommend.

Customer service was great and love the product.

I spoke to a lovely guy who helped me with my purchase and showed me how to open it etc .

Whilst we knew what we were looking for, knives, the young lady assistant could not have been more helpful, and very pleasant with it. She was a real credit to the company

Well apart from being followed round the shop ok. The elite triply saucepan and frying pan we bought are good they heat up fast I am well impressed. Wish I he’d bought them sooner. They are expensive but considering in 48 years I have had about 4 sets of saucepans these are guaranteed for 25 years.

Always helpful in your Solihull store and quality of your products is good enough for me in the right price range.
