Excellent friendly and knowledgeable staff

We had been looking for a stainless steel coffee preculator for ages
(every one we looked at was aluminium).. so happy found the stovetop espresso maker , been using it a couple of times , made really good coffee
Found one at the Solihull store , and at a good price .
While there we bought a bread knife aswell ,we started making bread at home ,the knife cuts through the bread easly, brilliant thin slices now ..

I bought the teapot I was looking for. Everyone was very helpful in the shop.

Found what I needed. Glass jars of right size for my pullout drawer and a metal cutting board of good quality

The young lady who served us was very polite and informative. She certainly knew a lot about the saucepans etc and advised us on which was the best for us.
