I did not have to wait long to get an appointment.
Staff are polite and friendly. Even though they are short staffed, the service received was 5 star.

Very helpful manager who managed to fit me in despite being short staffed and busy.

I called to get a puncture repair. The staff were very helpful and provided a good level of service

Quick and efficient

The order as straight forward. The staff were helpful and took the car on time.

Having failed 3 times to get answer on phone purchased two tyres on line which links you in to booking a fitting time. They ask you to be prompt for appointment, no idea why as you simply join the queue of other people randomly waiting. My car was started some 40 mins after ‘appointment’ time despite being on site on plenty of time. Another customer I spoke with was still waiting for them to start on his car over an hour after his allocated time.

Front office staff should have at least some customer interaction skills and not a great look for the company when customers are looking to get in and out and fitters split their time between working vaping and stopping for a cigarette.

Over the years I have purchased many tyres from Protyre or Denton tyres as it used to be. Suspect however I won’t be back and other ‘booked customer’ I spoke with certainly won’t be back.

All round a pretty negative experience but on the plus side the tyres were competitively priced.

Very quick at sourcing my tyre ,fitted and balanced beautifully and tyre pressure correctly set and done in very quick time ,I have used Dumfries before and most certainly will again -Great Service .

Great customer service. Would have given 5 stars but website didnt say the above branch couldn't do wheel alignment if my vehicle had lane assist. Would recommend a little astrix and further information making customers aware before booking and paying for wheel alignment which branch could do it.

Made an appointment online for 9am. Still had to wait 40 mins! They also forgot to do the tracking and had to be reminded. Drove away and they had not balanced the tires! Really shocking service
