Used Quartzize as part of our kitchen makeover, so pleased with the results. The overlay worksurface looks fantastic and finishes the kitchen off beautifully. Will & Chris, our fitters, were so friendly and helpful and made the whole experience easy and stress free, even contacting us later in the day to make sure everything was still OK and we 100% happy.

No stars or minus would be more appropriate
This company trades under different names and deliver the same poor service
Salesmen do not work for company so the install date chosen does not apply when booked and then they lie that they never promised that date and when you do set a date there is not guarantee anyone will turn up as they do not employ their own fitters all sub contractors so they turn up when they want to
Also worktop delayed as something missing for 2 weeks but not informed they made excuse installer at dentist when not and delay problem written in black marker on back of worktop delivered by Joe doors for Quartzize worktops
Installers were fine and unaware they were supposed to turn up to fit
So around 3 months later tops fitted but poor quality marked and chipped so they blame installers
who never made the work tops only fitted
was unhappy still even though fitters came back in there own time to try and rectify but the company did not get back to me they just sent an email saying any damage or repairs I hade to pay an extra £200 plus for insurance or if they came back I would have to pay the labour charge so nothing was done
They want payment up front for their product up front so they are OK and tell you to pay the fitters separately so they can blame them and not take responsibility and then expect you to pay an insurance to cover their poor quality goodseven though they charge over £600 a Sq metre for overlays
They will reply to this blaming me but I have the receipts
I would advise using a local small family business for better service and not a call centre franchise

This is the best of the best company I have dealt with from the sale to the installation and I must admit that trades people involved were excellent and above par.
In fact I state that Adam and Billy were were professional and took pride in what they did installing the quartz and splashbacks in my kitchen. Fully professional and no hassle not even an ounce of bother. They are best of the best and includes their Sales portables gas safe fitters to disconnect and connect the gas 4 rung hobs. All waste and rubbish excess will be removed next week.
It’s such pleasure to upgrade my kitchen. Thank you all at Quartsize.

Approached Joe's Doors to have my kitchen tops fitted with Quartzize Tops and to replace my kitchen sink, taps, cooker, hob and extractor fan with new.
Jake did a fantastic job of fitting the tops, cooker, hob, sink and taps. He took his time, carefully measured everything and did not rush the job. The result is absolutely amazing. Quartzize.

Nicolai Braga fitted our tops today, He worked hard and made a lovely job, my new tops make my kitchen look brand new ,would recommend Quartzize and Nicolai very highly*****

Had fabulous worktops fitted by Quartzize, Jake the fitter did the most Amazing job, paying great attention to detail he was polite and very helpful.
The kitchen was left clean and all the rubbish removed for an arranged collection.
First class service I would highly recommend

The worst company we have ever dealt with. Booked an appointment for today, Teresa Paige at 2.00. Changed our whole day around to be ready. Never arrived. Phoned, spoke to Beth at 15.13. She stated that Ms Paige was running late and that we had cancelled appointment. Beth stated she would contact Ms Paige and call us back. No return call. Phoned at 14.24, asked for CEO, transferred to Beth. She stated that she had called us back, my iPhone disagrees, and that we had cancelled and rebooked for October. A complete pack of lies. If anyone wants to deal with this company, don’t say that you have not been warned.

Our upgrade to our kitchen was handled beautifully by Quatzize. The customer services are all excellent, kind and friendly. Most importantly they are efficient. My worktops were fitted by Jake, he did a first class job, everything looks amazing. He left everywhere clean and tidy and he was pleasant, friendly and helpful. A great way to improve the kitchen.

Quartz worktops are just gorgeous. Will and Chris did a brilliant job - very knowledgeable and efficient! I am delighted!

An excellent experience all the way through from initial contact with Dan, the sales consultant to Tomass and Milosh, the fitters and then disposal of rubbish at the end. All very professional, workmanlike and a with keen eye for detail. All very friendly and accommodating. I'm very pleased with the result and the materials are of a high standard.

From Steve the salesman to Paul the gas filter and Jake who fitted my worktops ,all was excellent Jake texted me said he would come at 7/45 and right on time he set up in the garden and set to work ,I went out for a few hours and when I came home he was clearing up kitchen was spotless as was the garden I fell in love with my new worktops it was like I had a new kitchen so thank you 🙏

I had worktops fitted on 3 sides of my kitchen and windowsill, that fitted to the windowsill was a very different shade, eventually Quaretsize replaced it, then I noticed cracks in 3 areas, I sent photos and was asked to pay £50 for repair despite them being within the guarantee period, the cracks were disguised but not long after reappeared, after several emails they were again repaired, within a day they reappeared. I complained and have had no reply, I sent a letter by tracked delivery on 23rd June quoting Consumer Rights act 2015 and have had no reply. The fitter who did the work said "you can hit this with a hammer and it won't break - not that you would" I distinctly remember him saying that, we are being ignored in our complaint, all the cracks are near joins, could it be when they were cut that the damage started? I would never recommend this company

Had marble quartz worktops, new hob and sink fitted by Jake yesterday. Amazing attention to detail and fitted to perfection.
All staff from the delivery drivers to office staff have been so helpful and accomodating.
Highly recommend.

Jake and his colleague were very professional and friendly, efficient and skilled. I am really really happy with the finish and how they went about the job. Really tidy too both during and clearing up afterwards. I would highly recommend

Very professional company and Jake and his colleague who came to fit the worktops were polite, efficient and cleaned up after they had finished .We are very pleased with the result . The only reason I have put 4stars rather than 5 is that we were left with all the off cuts to dispose of. Jake told us that we should have been told at the first visit that we could arrange for rubbish to be collected. We cannot remember ever being asked about that.
I would recommend this company to give your kitchen a makeover.

Jake and his apprentice fitter did a fantastic job when fitting my new worktops from Joe’s Doors. I’m so pleased with the result. It’s like having a new kitchen for almost half the price.
It’s a 10/10 from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
