Avoid! unreliable next day delivery service. Another failed delivery from QVS. I put an order in at midday to hit their next day delivery and they have failed to deliver again ( this happened twice in 2016). QVS cited the reason was because 1 of the 17 items was out of stock. No email was received to inform me of this - I had to log into my account.

Perfect service. Surprised at how they had my complete order in stock with nearly a hundred products requested from different stock lines. Delivered next day with tracking as I went. Very impressed and would recommend to others.

My order was supposed to be delivered next working day but took five days. Order acknowledgement said they would send tracking information with confirmation of despatch, but they sent neither. Packaging was poorly executed and inadequate, resulting in breakage and need to get parts replaced. Refused to reimburse carriage charge which was disproportionate even if the system worked correctly. As it did not, it was excessive. Customer service fell far short of acceptable in this case.

Questions answered when I phoned, order placed and arrived as promised the following day. Have used QVS Direct before and also the Farnham shop - both really great!

To be honest the customer service was ok. But due to the fact that the description of the item that I ordered was incorrect I now have a box of connectors that I didn't really need, plus I paid extra for next day delivery! I contacted QVS to enquire about confusion, spoke to someone but it was 5.15pm on a Friday so im guessing they couldn't be bothered to come back to me!!

I purchased a portable AC and the process was seamless. finding what i wanted on the website was easy and user friendly, payment portal was I am used to on similar e commerce sites and the delivery was flawless. notifications at every step were sent to me and the AC unit arrived at my house the next day as advertised. I would definitely use QVSDirect again!!

They are a bit skimpy on the stock and sometime items which are part of the catalog are " not in stock " for month . Other wise good service and great products at a nice price

POOR SERVICE
This company states they will ship for next day, what they fail to tell you is that this won't happen if they are waiting for stock for any part of the order. my order was finally shipped one week after i placed order.

I placed an order and after three days still didn't receive my item. i telephoned the company, i was told that they didn't have the item in stock. First of all if they didn't have in stock, why i was told i would receive it in 24 hours? If they didn't have it in stock why No one telephoned me to let me know?
I found this company very poor management, never going to use this company again as they let me done.

Used both online and telesales. Very good.and prompt delivery. Will definitely use again.

Arrived early,well packaged with invoice. On my wish list for when I need more
