For most of my lifetime, I have suffered from severe foot sweat. I would take a shower in the morning and within 15 minutes my socks would be soaked. Four years ago I started down the path of meeting with several medical professionals to resolve this issue. Every doctor had a different theory as to what was causing it or how to treat it. I have even had prescribed formaldehyde. (my MD wasn't really happy about that) At the beginning of this year, I was talking with PCP and he suggested trying Iontophoresis treatment. Over the years I often Googled treatment for excessive foot sweat and ironically learned about Iontophoresis a couple of days before my PCP recommended it. At that point, I was willing to try anything considering I had tried just about every remedy in the past.

Iontophoresis does work, however some things to consider. First, you have to be committed to 20 minutes a day, EVERY day until it works. Secondly, it is different for everyone. People wrote online that it only takes 12-14 days for it to work. For me, it took 23 days. Lastly, at times it will be slightly uncomfortable but you will get used to that. It is a means to an end.

After four years of trying just about everything and considering surgery.....Iontophoresis knocked it out of the park. The best money that I have spent and worth every penny and if it doesn't work they stand behind it for (2) months....you have nothing to lose. I am still trying to get my insurance to cover it and it is likely they will in the end, but even if I ended up out of pocket it would still be worth it.

Our dermatologist recommended we contact RA Fischer to inquire about an Iontophoresis machine. Everyone we spoke with from RA Fischer was delightful. He has been taking oral medication for years (that has side effects) and he has been able to lower his dosage after using this machine for a few weeks. We are hoping to completely stop taking the medication soon and just rely on the machine solely. His confidence and self esteem has improved! I would totally recommend this product!!!!

I have had the MD-1A for over ten years and have had great success. The results have been good and I would recommend this to anyone struggling with hyperhidrosis. RA Fischer also offers great customer support if you have any questions or concerns.

This has been the best experience of my life! Jessica at RA Fischer has been so helpful in getting a machine and answering all my questions! The machine is wonderful! After doing 8 treatments I am now only having to do treatments once every week. I am 45 years old and this is the first time in my life that I have not had sweaty hands. At Open House it was so nice to be able to shake my parents' hands without having to apologize about them being sweaty. It is a life changer! I now have my daughter using it for her hands and feet. The customer service has been really good with this company. Friendly and attentive personel has almost become "friends" after many phone calls about product questions and concerns.
The machine has worked pretty well for my daughter who was very much in distress over her condition. Be careful to go too high. Gradually increase the level with each time. My daughter received an electric burn on her hand at 20. Still it has been worth it for her and she is a much happier teenager.
