I do not recommend this dealer! I paid £200 in advance, I did not receive a tax receipt. Then I went to buy the car and found that the car had steering problems, the steering wheel was going to the left, although the road was straight. Then the hood of the car was changed and it was not well positioned. I then refused the car, but the dealer did not want to return my money. Also, the dealer's attitude towards the customer left a lot to be desired. When I asked him if the car was involved in an accident, the dealer replied "it's what you see". Update: After a few discussions, the dealer agreed to return my deposit.

Absolutely the best place to buy a car, after having alot of problems in the past these guys reassured me and are very friendly with no pressure you don’t have anyone standing over your shoulders pushing you to buy something.

They can answer all your questions and go out there way to make buying your car a breeze. I would recommend this amazing team to anyone and everyone and there cars are very reasonable priced.

I truly haven’t had service like this before rich even called me in his own time as he missed my call👌 and Jay (the American) was amazing stayed late for me to finish work and pick the car up he even entertained my little boy with biscuits while I was doing paperwork.

Can’t thank or recommend Rainford card enough for going above and beyond. Truly First class guys 👌👌

This car sales is one of the best I’ve dealt with in all the years I’ve been driving 54years. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, and we came to an agreement that both of us were happy with. All the bits of work I asked to be done he did no questions, what a difference it was to be able to walk away knowing that my car was everything he said it was. If you’re looking to buy a new car this garage is a must. I love my new car, and when I want to trade it in for another one this garage will be my first stop. The car was as advertised, I was given plenty of time to look at the car with no pressure from the salesman. Rich was very knowledgeable and helpful ensuring everything was sorted prior to collection.
I now have a good car at a reasonable price.

Thus 2nd review is because my sons car wouldn't start after the holiday. I called Richard yesterday telling him about the situation as we believe it was a jammed hand break.

Richard stopped by today after his work and sorted it even though he didn't have to.

I am very grateful for this as this is what you call an excellent customer service. He came even though technically he didn't have to.

A truly great experience
Having searched autotrader for an automatic, I found an advert from Rainford cars ltd for a Jaguar, a great price already set on and Rich gave a legendary service of sorting the car, an mot etc..etc... this is my first time of driving a Jaguar and oh my god what an amazing car this is.
I have made a promise, when I need another vehicle I will purchase it from him.

My son bought a car following his being written off and the whole experience really helped him as his confidence had taken a knock. Nothing was too much trouble and when we spotted a couple of marks on a door when we went to collect the car, Rich agreed to get the car back in. The car has now been back in and all rectified. Such a seamless, non-pushy, friendly experience of buying a new car.
