Absolute nightmare. Nothing was smooth or straightforward. Feels like a scam. No cost? Total lie. Avoid at all costs.

Super Slow, They do not respond to anything.

Absolutely appalling from start to finish. They were impersonal, unhelpful, and offered terrible advice at every step. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I'd advise everyone to stay far away.

I wish there was no option for one star. They ruined my case and if you need some help they will never help you. Missed everything. How are they running a business which supposed to be illegal? They ripping people off. If you want to reach them by calling the number provided they are always unavailable and if one in a hundred you get a chance to talk they will say the case worker will ring you but never. Awful customer service. My rateable value increased since they took over my case which supposed to be decrease.
All the 5-star reviews are fake here. I could not believe they even got a 1 star. Beware everyone. It's a scam.
