Absolutely outstanding from the beginning to the end. They were personable, supportive, and provided fantastic advice throughout. I highly recommend them, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Avoid at all costs! This company approached me, unsolicited contact and advised they were working on behalf of the valuation office. They convinced me that I had a highly successful case to reduce my business rates as they would be going up by £10,000 a year in the next quarter. Having paid close to £1000, my business rates were actually reduced by 50% due to local council funding for small businesses. They are useless at replying to emails, send you false information and weirdly sent me a document to sign months after our case was rejected by the VOA. Terrible company to deal with. Say they will get back to you and never do. The worst communication I’ve ever experienced.
