WASTE OF TIME DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY !!!

Booked up for footy golf in Feb for Saturday on April 20th 2024 only to let down 3 days before the so called event , now gotta arrange summat else in 3 days , communication is very poor witg RED CACTUS and the people there ain't got a clue sorry but AVOID AVOID AVOID BEING LET DOWN

We booked a hen party life drawing class through this company advertised as 'Life Drawing for Hen Parties isn’t designed to be a serious activity, it should be lots of fun and leave you laughing for the rest of the day!' However, our experience was dismal at best.

The atmosphere was very subdued and felt very serious in content. The model also told us an inappropriate, traumatic story that left us all feeling upset, bringing the mood down.

The room it was booked in was grubby and set out like a meeting, not the fun exciting setting you would expect. The model was an older gentleman and not what we were expecting for a hen party package. As mature women, the model was old enough do be father to many of us. If a younger group of women had booked this, I would be very worried.

Myself and all other hens have been left feeling traumatised by this experience, and actually had a group meeting the next morning to collect our thoughts.

We have put a complaint in with the company and they are shifting blame onto the hen party saying that it is our responsibility to bring the 'party atmosphere' and accepting no blame for this. We are a positive bunch of women and can assure you we had a great 'party atmosphere' everywhere else we went, that is once we got over this terrible experience.

I would argue it is the company responsibility to deliver on promises of fun, not rely on the group to create a 'party atmosphere', surely the hosts representing the company have a huge part to play in this? Do they actually receive any training to fulfill the companies promises?

Information (which I cannot disclose on here) provided by the company has been contradictory to what the model informed us on the day. This discrepancy has left me questioning the integrity of the company. They confirm this information was a misunderstanding when I questioned it further.

I would not want any other women to go through this and would not recommend this company.

Much cheaper to book an event directly rather going through a third party company such as Red Cactus Events. They lie by saying that their events are better organised compared to competitors, but they do not organise the events only book the slot for you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Booking was very easy. Communication was great and our experience when it happened was brilliant!!!

Terrible customer service, very, very rude. The booking 'experience' for the GPS Challenge was absolutely AWFUL!! Total waste of money. Would NEVER use or recommend this company - MUCH better companies offering much better service are available elsewhere.

Paid the deposit for my son's party. No confirmation of party booking and I was told they were waiting on the venue to confirm. After a few frustrating phone calls, I contacted the venue directly to ensure they had received the booking request and they had no record of it. I have cancelled the party as I do not trust this company. In doing so I have lost my £50 deposit and will have a disappointed son. I do not recomend this company.

I recently had the opportunity to experience a hen party package provided by Red Cactus Events Company, which included life drawing classes. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

The package was advertised as a hen party package with a tease, for which we paid extra. The tease aspect did not happen, just as well as gentleman provided for our event was not only significantly older, to the point where he could have been mistaken for our father, but he also did not fit the description of a stripper that we were expecting. This was quite disappointing, especially considering that we had paid extra for this specific element of the package.

To make matters worse, the gentleman shared a sad story about his terrible motorcycle accident during the event. He explained how he had been on a wheelchair for two years and was now mildly paralyzed. While we empathise with his story and admire his resilience, it was not what we had signed up for during our hen party weekend. We were looking for a fun and lighthearted experience, not a somber and emotional one.

Additionally, I would like to mention that the venue provided by Red Cactus Events Company was quite grabby and outdated. This made us feel uncomfortable and took away from the overall experience. It is important for companies to ensure that their chosen venues create a safe and respectful environment for their customers.

In conclusion, the hen party package provided by Red Cactus Events Company did not meet our expectations. The age and appearance of gentlemen, extra charge for the elements not provided lack of the promised services and sharing a sad personal story, made for a disappointing experience. Furthermore, the grabby atmosphere at the venue added to our discomfort.

I hope that Red Cactus Events Company takes this feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to deliver on their advertised promises in the future. It is important for them to provide the expected experience and ensure that their venues promote a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for their customers.

Was invited along to play the Betrayors event and it was fantastic! Felt like I was on the actual traitors tv show. With so many fun activities and then trying to guess who the traitors might be! Had a great time and would definitely recommend it!

Took part in their “betrayers” event last night and was absolutely blown away by the quality of the event. Really fantastic work and made my dream of being on the show a reality!

Looking forward to their crystal challenge event we have booked next month!!

We had a life drawing class booked for our friends hen party, having done one before for another friend’s hen doo we were all excited.
After submitting our booking with Red cactus we found the communication wasn’t the best, I found myself chasing things up quite a lot and waiting for emails back only to have to call again to get someone to reply to me. After chasing up our location for the class for weeks we finally got the location a few days before…. It was in a community centre. On the day we arrived at the community centre, where there were kinds party's and kids music lessons going on next door, there was a lady and man waiting for us (the lady as lovley as she was was drinking a can of thatchers) we thought it was all quite bizarre and seemed a bit unprofessional, she was in charge of running the class and the man doing the life drawing barely spoke a word. I think the pictures on the web-sight are VERY misleading and are false advertising, the man we had looked nothing like the men shown on the web-sight, the sight shows a bar location, not a community centre with a man that doesn't talk and a lady drinking alcohol and talking for him. Luckily we all made the best of the class and ended up just laughing about how strange it all was. Overall sadly we wouldn’t use red cactus events again.

Booked the Crystal Challenge for my staffs party with red cactus events. The events team were amazing on the day, very friendly and energetic, making sure everything ran smoothly and to plan. Thank you, will be booking again

Would highly recommend Red Cactus, they offer a wide range of events such as Bubble Football, Old School Sports Day and more. All the staff are very helpful.

3 Table Casino Evening: We arranged this event as the conclusion to our annual Business Meeting. The event was professionally organized. The croupiers were very knowledgeable, helpful and above all great fun. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening and I would highly recommend Red Cactus.

Booked nerf gun party for our son which was a total disaster. Host turned up 45 minutes late and most of the nerf guns were dirty or broken. No safety goggles provided and none of the inflatables advertised were provided either. Our son was devastated and embarrassed in front of his friends. Worst case of false advertising I’ve ever encountered. Been fighting for a refund ever since.

Amazing trip that we had to change due to circumstances. They accommodated us brilliantly and Dori our guide was great. Highly recommend

Professionally organised event, which was delivered really well. Now looking to book our next event for 2024!

I booked the roast with Steffen Peddie in Newcastle.

Was brilliant, well worth it and would highly recommend.

We booked Squid Games in Newcastle for joint 30th. It was well organised and very flexible. I was unsure if everyone was able to attend, so I paid for those I did know were coming first and then they allowed me to add and pay for the others later. Would highly recommend.

Website was great at organisation however, we did find the session to be highly overpriced for what we’ve got and quite a bit below our expectations.

We played dodgeball for maybe 45 mins then asked for a stag game which was British bulldog, “or we can just play 5 a side football”.

For £600 for our group to rent a pitch for an hour and a half and have an instructor semi-present for half of it, seemed a bit unfair. I wouldn’t be able to recommend this service.
