Good morning. Our Chef disagrees that your vegan cake was burnt and as my colleague explained to you yesterday, we cannot refund, or partially refund, a cake once you've eaten it. Kind regards, Tracy.

Too sugary
Too sugary. Tasted fake. Too much colouring. Cream wasn’t fresh threw most of the cake away

Morning Stephen. I'm sorry to hear that the cake wasn't to your liking. As the cake was a 'rainbow' sprinkles cake, one of our most popular, it does come with colouring to achieve the rainbow effect. All our cakes are freshly baked to order and we only use the freshest of ingredients. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you wish to discuss. Kind regards, Tracy. 0203 745 7225.
Good cake. Never ate it, but the birthday boy was happy.
Nice customer experience, faced no issues with ordering and delivering hours were as asked. At the end, the look and taste of the cake was fantastic, or so I've been told. Recommend!

I ordered the Caramel Palace cake for my boyfriend's birthday. Design wise it looked nice and pretty (instagram worthy), but unfortunately it was way too sweet and the sponge was dry and the flavours just didn't blend in. Considering the occasion, I was disappointed and won't order again.

The cake looked amazing but the colour stained the kids hands and the taste of the colourful frosting tasted weird and artificial. Unfortunately the cake went to waste as even the kids wouldn’t eat it.
