I was with Register365 for several years. My company’s email service was hosted by Register365, and our website was hosted by a different hosting company. When I sought to transfer the email service away from Register365 they claimed that the website would go off-line. I ended up paying them for a service which I was not using for several years, very significant costs. When I questioned them, they were most unhelpful, and promised to carry out an investigation, which I was promised would involve listening to many recorded conversations (recorded by 365) over several months. The investigation conclude within an hour, and they used a very selective part of one conversation to remove my email accounts. A process which was designed solely to protect 365. This did a lot of damage to my company as years of emails were suddenly gone.
Another problem with 365 is the administration panel is very one sided, payments only, impossible to cancel anything unless you are lucky enough to finally get through to an operator. Obviously, 365 are not paying enough to develop their staff or recruit sufficiently skilled employees.
Dreadful, deceitful experience. Best to AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I’ve been using Register 365 for over ten years. I’m very happy using this business for my URL. Customer service has always been excellent, a human at the end of the phone when I need them. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Register365 since 2017. In the early years, I found their customer support lacking and somewhat frustrating. However, over the past year, I’ve noticed a significant improvement — their customer support has been consistently responsive and reliable.
From a technical perspective, everything works as it should, with no issues to report.
At this point, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Register365.

We’ve been a customer of Register365 (and its predecessors Hosting365/Namesco) for over two decades, paying them to manage one of our domains. That long history counted for nothing when we needed their help retrieving an Auth/EPP code to transfer the domain — an action blocked due to their own administrative failure.
The registrant email address on file is still set to domains at hosting365.ie, an outdated and inaccessible contact that should have been updated during the acquisition and migration of services when they were taken over by Namesco. Because of this, we are now locked out of a domain we rightfully own and rely on.
Despite multiple requests — including a message from Register365 on June 19th promising the Auth code would be sent “within 24 hours” — nothing was received. A follow-up seeking clarification has been completely ignored. No response, no resolution, no escalation. Just silence.
This isn’t a technical hiccup — it’s a serious failure in service and administrative responsibility. We’ve offered proof of ownership and a clear explanation of the issue. Register365 has done nothing.

Appreciate the reply, but let’s be honest — this feels like lip service. The support case is still open, and I’ve updated it three more times since my original review with no resolution in sight.
If Register365 genuinely wanted to resolve this, it would have been sorted by now. We’re still waiting — not for apologies, but for a resolution. Support Case open with you since the 12th of June, now the 8th of July. Looks like I will need to file a formal complaint with EURid in order to get the domain transferred. Nothing short of Ridiculous.

About one hour after submitting my last update in this review, register365 finally got back with the code so that I could finally transfer the domain.

Great customer support, the fastest I have experience.
Great job by register would highly recommend for all needs professionals at work
My website was offline and after an initial review by front line ICT support staff was quickly escalated and then escalated again promptly to the developer’s team who were able to get my website back online in next to no time. No fuss and very helpful and clear staff.
Usually issues are dealt with by front line staff in quick response to my queries with simple helpful tips to try first before contacting ICT support which was a great help a week previously in helping speed up what had become a very slow website.
Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and know when to escalate within a suitable timeframe.
This is my first ever experience of an ICT issue being escalated to the developer team in 6-7 years of website maintenance and very rarely do issues have to be escalated at all and are dealt with very rapidly usually

Requested a change and they did what I specifically asked them not to do which has taken my website down. Raised the issue last Friday with no reply since and site has been down since. "Coincidentally" i just renewed for a year and now they have the yearly fee have no interest in doing anything whatsoever to get my website back online. Absolutely zero customer service once they have your money.

James was super helpful on support. As always my problem was sorted quickly and I was asked to get in touch if I had any more issues. Really love the way it is so fast and simple to get help. No long waits on hold and they don't make you feel like a total idiot when they are telling you how to fix things lol. Much appreciated.

Slow, non-intuitive, expensive. I was with them before and moved all my domains away. I gave them another chance just to realise what a bad mistake it was. Any registrar on the planet gives you an authorisation code to transfer the ownership. Not here, no!

I cant change nameservers because none of the forms on the website work. I can't even create a ticket because of this either, it just says a security error has occurred.

I am very happy with your work. The result of the task to rebuild my site is excellent. Even though I have little idea who did or where the work was done I am satisfied. I thought from the outset it would be better to have face to face development meeting but just filling in the forms worked well too. Thank you.

Bad Customer service
Have been a customer for many years.
Have an issue with with a bug on wordpress site and looked for assistance.
Was advised that instead of providing support that I can purchase a Wordpress Support from the company.
Prices continually incrreasing, customer service decreasing.
