Will at Register365 was extremely helpful. I'm a rookie with many questions and he was more than capable of answering them and highlighting things I hadn't even thought to ask. His information was detailed and easy to understand and I have no hesitation recommending him.

price gouging, fees for everything including basic services which are provided as standard by other hosting companys. shop around.

I can not say enough good things about Will from the accounts team at Register365. I am currently creating a website for a client who has a domain with Register365 but was not really sure about the features they were paying for. Will was able to go through the entire plan with me and helped arrange a refund for my client for features they had never used. I do not usually deal with third parties but I would deal with Will anytime due to the excellent customer support he provided me with. My client is now delighted with her refund and new plan so thank you to Will and I will continue to use Register365 in the future.

Raised a ticket because Gmail was rejecting emails from my domain. Kieren from Register365 responded within a day. He not only identified the problem and explained it to me (an SPF issue) but he also fixed it on the spot. First class customer service.

From my experience their techinical support is terrible. I'm waiting for hours already to get a response from then, where one of my domains is offline, I've fixed the issue from my side (payment) and they just don't reply and my domain is still offline. If you choose go with them, hopefully you won't need any urgent support. You can't count on their support.

Phoned in for technical support in changing my Nameservers, Jack was so helpful and went above and beyond in helping me understand the technical elements and the next steps to what I need to do.

I had to set up new Hosting for an existing website, I wasn't sure what package I would need and rang the customer service. They also talked me through how to move the Domain and how to set up the hosting over the phone. They were super patient and really helpful.
It was great to talk to a real person straight away when I rang and they walked me through each step I needed to do.

Earlier today I purchased a domain from you.
When I attempt to login I'm getting denied since your system thinks I'm trying to access from a different IP or something.
I've never, ever had such a bad experience trying to log into an online provider as I'm having with your company right now.
Your automated system is denying access to me, yet you offer no solutions or ways to get back into my account. I need to be logged in to open a support ticket or add 2FA / disable the IP blocking, who was the genius who came up with that? How is this the default behaviour? I got locked out of my account before I even knew this was a thing I had to worry about!
It drives me crazy when companies such as yours try to be too clever with these automated systems and get it so wrong. I use a VPN and a password manager, my password is already unique and 22 characters long, let me worry about my own security, or at least have the courtesy of having a support email available on your website. Am I supposed to call you over this?
If you're gonna lock me out of my account right after I make a purchase, maybe MAYBE have a big sign warning me about 2FA or this IP nonsense. You have my phone number from the information I had to fill in for the domain, why not ask right there if I want to use that for 2FA?
Why even make me set a recovery word when I create the account if you are not going to allow me to use that to show it's me (which, maybe just send me a verification code... ?).
This all seems incredibly overkill. I'm out of the country at the moment, calling is incredibly inconvenient for me. Just have a form on your website or a chatbox, or even a public email. I won't do business with your company again, you're lucky GoDaddy doesn't sell .ie domains. Honestly it's like no one thought this through, what an absolute waste of time.

Been with them for a while, they are ok but could do so much better.
Charges for basic SSL is 8 euros per month before VAT, why not provide Lets Encrypt which is for free? Most other hosting companies provide this.
Very few addons are available in the Cpanel, even in the top hosting package, especially compared with other hosting companies.
Also, Customer Service replies are very slow, you could be waiting a whole 24 hours for a reply for something that needs immediate attention.

My website was down & I didn't know how to sort it out. I contacted Register365.com & the guy I dealt with, Kieran Flack,couldn't have been more helpful & patient. Nothing was too much trouble for him & he sorted out the problem (my own fault!) in no time. Great customer service & a very nice manner too, patient & helpful.

Service withdrawn without notice,
Had access to myemail address withdrawn this morning without notice, ticket opened on support only to be closed and unanswered after reopening it, turns out my account was due for payment, which is fine if they had sent me notice of this, however the contact email address on my account was incorrect. It wouldnt have taken much logic to send the notification to the email I have with them! Deeply frustrated and disappointed.
Footnote: Just checked my account and see they have the contact email address set up incorrectly again... Jokers

Harri, the agent has set my contact email up incorrectly again so I cannot access the control panel!!! surely you can do better than this?
