Excellent service!!
Excellent service from beginning to end! Had our carpet put down this morning in the porch and toilet by Jim who did a fabulous job (even sorted out a very tricky bit!).
Will definitely use this company again. Very competitively priced too!

Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish! We went into the shop a month ago after ordering a few samples of vinyl online. The sales staff were so helpful and we were in and out with our flooring booked in for a few weeks later. The whole process literally took 10 minutes! We then got a call the day before our fitting to confirm the time and the fitter came on time the following day and was incredibly polite. Really happy with the quality of the flooring and fitting in our kitchen and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Excellent. As ordered and delivered unharmed.
Fabulous ... so what we received wasn't as expected when we slightly tore back the plastic wrapper. BUT. We stuck with it and had a professional to lay the flooring - the Koi fish - done today. IT LOOKS FABULOUS. FABULOUS. Thank you.

Ordered samples which arrived quickly
Ordered samples which arrived quickly, were well packaged, and products seemed to be of suitable quality. Chose an alternative supplier due to concerns that Remland only appear to respond to positive Trustpilot reviews and to ignore negative ones
Am happy to improve my scoring as company has responded to my comment, however, it does appear that several review responses have been removed?

Resposta da Remland Carpets & Flooring
Hello Mrs L,
Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience with our samples. We are pleased to hear that they arrived quickly, were well packaged, and met your expectations in terms of quality.
We apologise if it seemed that we only respond to positive Trustpilot reviews and ignore negative ones from a while ago. Unfortunately the previous marketing company we used did not follow up on reviews, however we are now doing our upmost to ensure all reviews are responded to. We value all customer feedback, both positive and negative, as it helps us identify areas for improvement and make necessary changes.
We appreciate you considering an alternative supplier based on your concerns, but we would have loved the opportunity to address your concerns directly and work towards a resolution. If there is anything else we can do to assist you or regain your trust, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we wish you the best with your chosen alternative supplier.
Kind regards,
Remland Team

Great online company to buy from
Found this company online as we were wanting a different type of kitchen flooring in a Moroccan style pattern. From ordering we were kept up to date with the processing and when delivery would arrive. We've never had Lino down in our kitchen before but when we found the pattern we wanted we just ordered blindly. Great quality and it looks perfect fitted. Really pleased we found you Remland carpets. Thanks so much - Gill

Hi Beth, thank you for taking the time to leave an amazing 5 star review and for choosing us! It’s a pleasure to hear from customers after they've received great service in store and also happy with the flooring fitted. We hope to see you again soon!
The sales staff were amazing from start…
The sales staff were amazing from start to finish and ensured everything ran smoothly. We had hard wearing carpets throughout the upstairs and then had LVT downstairs, I had no idea what this was but the man at the shop explained it all to me and seemed a much better option than the laminate I was originally looking to buy. Would 100% recommend to friends and family, thank you Remland!

Hello,
Thank you so much for leaving us a review, we really appreciate it! We are so glad you are pleased with the service provided and your new mat!
Avoid at all costs
I hate to be doing this to a local business but unfortunately one of your salesmen saw us coming a mile away and took advantage.
Initially I was so happy with my flooring and the whole Remland experience. Our salesman seemed super helpful and helped us purchase the flooring with such ease. Clearly now he was trying to get rid of it as it has now been discontinued.
It is now apparent that Remland, you sold me flooring, knowing it was for my entire downstairs living space, that isn’t stain resistant and is not cleanable in any way. Even using water stains the floor. The salesman withheld this from us telling us it was super durable as it is used in shops etc.
I purchased this around 7 months ago now and my flooring is ruined. It has been a complete waste of our money.
Within a day of the floor being laid we realised that small stains (drops of water) were not drying up and were leaving marks. My partner then called you and you were not wanting to help.
I’m writing this review now as I am furious that I spent so much money on flooring that you CANNOT CLEAN? with children and pets this is just unacceptable. How could you sell this to your customers? I wanted to support a local business but completely regret that decision. Family and friends that have visited are also appalled by the quality of the flooring and can’t believe we were sold it.
There is clearly a complete lack of respect for your customers and nothing but dishonesty.
I NEVER leave bad reviews for anything but this went too far. I cannot imagine you recommending this flooring to your friends or family for their homes. More than anything I’m so disappointed and an apology wouldn’t go a miss.
