terrible experience from nowsparkle did not deliver as promised , paid £19.99 for a bit of cardboard and 2 light pens which arrived a month late with russian instructions and tracing board. absolutly useless !!!

DO NOT order from these con artists. I ordered my daughter a glow pad. They have took money out of my account and a month later still no delivery. When I emailed them I got a automated email saying my email was blocked. They are a disgrace. I don't hold out getting my order they just rob you blind.

Bribery ?

As someone said earlier, this is a complete stitch up. I just received an email from them telling me I might (just might) win a £50 Amazon voucher if I wrote a review for a company that had sent me two samples of tiling. I'm hardly going to rate that. Granted they didn't ask me to write a positive / negative review. Simply to write a review. But I've heard & read so much about people being "bribed" (with offers of vouchers etc). I'd like to believe that the reviews I read are genuine rather than inspired by some offer (or am I delusional?).

Absolute rubbish! This was intended for a Christmas gift for my 18 month old grandaughter - you would not even give it to an adult The instructions are all in a foreign language the stylus is broken and the light drawing board is laminated cardboard. It cost me £18 and is a rip off - very angry!

Terrible company glad I ordered through PayPal and was protected. Order for Christmas presents for the kids and never arrived - finally received a tracking number to show they haven’t even posted it. Now a dispute opened

Taken money out of my account numerous times. Refusing to refund it. The customer service are absolutely vile and wrong in every which way!!!

I ordered a flying fairy toy after an ad popped up on my Facebook feed. I bought it as a joke 80th birthday present for my fairy loving sister-in-law.
After I had placed the order I checked the internet and found it advertised much cheaper but wasn't over bothered
It arrived a few weeks later, by post.
The padded envelope was partially sliced in the middle and when I opened it the packaging around the fairy was ripped apart. Two of the fairy wings were detached and I didn't hold out much hope of it working, particularly not as the video showed.
However, my son got it going and when I gave it to my sister in law she was delighted.
The following day she rang me to tell me she'd been playing with it and it flew beautifully!
So, for the delivery, 2 stars but the product, 5 stars - so far!

Not only a rip-off but illegal approach! They allow bogus reviews on their website without offering a way in which a customer can reply/deal/interact with the reviewer in any way... In effect they are trying to force you to pay an extortionate amount of money (£160 + vat per month) in order to be able to remove a fake review which is damaging your company's reputation. As a matter of fact I would not be surprised at all if some of the negative reviews are posted by this company itself since there is no order number to go by, no real names, no email address, nothing to allow you to find the person who has left the review and link them to one of your orders...

At the moment it seems that we are in the Wild West... a lot of companies are jumping on the bang wagon and trying to make a quick buck by allowing negative reviews on their websites, however we are surely going to see things sorting themselves out in the future as more regulation comes into force as well as customers taking them to court for libel. We are surely going to take this company to court for not allowing us to interact with our customers or remove what it seems to be fake negative reviews impacting on our reputation.

Have emailed them three times trying to return an item of very poor quality. I’ve not received a response. And there is no telephone contact number available. I feel this company is a rip-off organisation and would
avoid ever using again and wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.

Avoid if possible poor service, a month for items to arrive, customer service poor and you can't cancel orders there in transit😠😠

Goods not as advertised, Gave me 20% back as return postage to China was not viable.would not trust them again.

Lead to believe they were based in Manchester UK but when trying to return goods was informed that they had to be returned to supplier in Republic of China by tracked mail, which is not cost effective. they will offer you 20% refund to keep the goods = £7.60 on a £37 order!! Not to be trusted

I have to say that we had a lovely break away in the motorhome, and I really wish that I was able to write a more glowing report of this company. But I am inclined to agree with the masses. What appears to initially be an affordable hire is quickly increased with the barrage of extras required. The guys at pick up and drop off were lovely (WIGAN) but the main company requires some improvement. They are one of the few companies who hire to festival goers and unfortunately that is reflected in the state of the vans, pretty much everything we touched came off in our hands.
I was happy to accept the 28 day hold on the deposit as I'm sure they get loads of issues, BUT its now extended to 28 WORKING days, and it doesn't automatically get refunded, I have to apply to get it back on my booking site............ So sad as I really wanted to be able to have a good experience with these guys and use them again......... But I would not recommend them :(

Scammers at their best take £9.99 out yr bank and after numerous emails and phone calls get no where and the man on my last phone call was very abrupt and so rude is an understatement!!!!!! Still waiting for a calll back about my refund which surprise surprise hasn’t arrrived !!! MY ADVICE STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

i have been with reviews.co.uk for nearly 3 years for Bluebananas.co.uk and Mintymelons.co.uk, everything is without issue, helpful customer service, i did refuse to pay the high price for Trustpilot, i feel that Trustpilot uses mafia tactics, where as reviews.co.uk will help you through any issue that might arise,

Really shockingly bad service. Took £9.99 from my bank account and set up a direct debit. Completely baffles me that their website is called wedosavings but take money from your account.

I have not at any stage signed up to this website. A partner site is selling our information and giving it to this website. My bank details? Absolutely disgusting. I did not give permission for any company to take money from me nor did I set up a direct debit.

Shockingly bad service.

they emailed virgin media
I received a phone call from virgin media and my bill was reduced
I would still be paying over the top for my bill so thank you ismybillfare you have made an old woman very happy

These FRAUDSTERS popped up as a result of a search I made 23/07/2019. Firstly when the confirmation email arrived it varied drastically to our telephone conversation. I called to advise them of the discrepancies, the man on the phone sounded extremely annoyed. He amended the 'booking' and several chasing phone calls later a second confirmation came through. Some hours later a request for £100 reservation via a link came through which I paid. I was advised that after that initial reservation payment I would receive instructions on how to pay in full & e-ticket issued. Nothing has been received. I called to enquire the status of booking the person on the phone was beyond rude & aggressive he said I could pay the remainder straight into their company account this time. He did not want to explain how the ticket would be issued bearing in mind my child was supposed to travel in 48 hours time. This was his birthday present. I am livid. PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS. I will be contacting the Police to see what can be done.
