I made an online order and they charged me for 2 different products. Hopefully i realise and blocked my credit card. Then I received to wrong article. The company offer me to refund 30% ONLY!! What the f***! then I replay that I refuse and want 100% refund or resent them the product by mail at their own charges. I add my new cc details for the refund on the email. yesterday, my hotmail account has been hacked and someone made 2000dollars orders through my amazon account. I strongly believe it's them !!! SO DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

I made a payment for goods...they were never despatched or received. PayPal are trying to get a refund unsuccessfully. This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER

EcoMaster Ecomaster technician will arrive on 21/05/2019 from 08:00-13:00. This is an estimated time slot and once on-route an additional text message will be sent and true to there word Colin arrived. This man is a true Professional and has great customer service and was friendly and helpful. He fixed a mattress I bought from IKEA and they sorted it out. Brilliant Service would recommend Ecomaster for service and great customer care.

Bought a watch from Deal o'clock on the 28th April and
nothing.. Absolutely disgusting sent them several emails no reply contacted paypal and they opened a case then the company replied to me saying that i have recieved my item and to close the case. I called royal mail as there was a tracking number royal mail said they were notified on the 30 april they would receive something from them and they never did. Today is 18 may so this company is fraud...

ArrowXL delivery tracking was informative. I got a call around 20 mins prior to actual delivery, although I had a txt to state a 2 hour slot..... the two guys ( Rich & Ben )turned up,very polite and friendly , very efficient .....it took less than 5 mins from knocking on the door until they waved a cheery farewell! Happy to give a review 😊

I ordered a watch from Deal o'Clock UK they took my money now I can't contact them I'm afraid I've been scammed I'm a pensioner they took my money sent me a txt which didn't make sense to say they would let me know when it was being shipped how do they get away with this

The worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Apart from accepting my payment and receiving an order confirmation email back on the 14th Feb 2019, I haven't heard a word since. Sent x4 emails asking for an update and radio silence. Really frustrated and I can't believe I didn't read these reviews first. It's incomprehensible how they are still allowed to trade given the number of disgruntled customers and products/refunds/returns they owe. Truly shocking

Went to American Golf Warrington for a driver fitting excellent service. The fitter Antony was very knowledgeable and gave good advice came out with an epic flash sub zero and a titleist cart bag very happy top store will visit again.

i left an honest review which criticised the appalling treatment by a company and they never printed it. I wrote them an email in december and still no response. I emailed again and am still waiting!!

My first and only experience with them but they seem like an amazing scam like outfit.

TrustPilot in my experience has always been balanced and hence appears to have integrity....

UPDATE:

They said they sent me an email and they gave me another opportunity to forward the review - so far they seem to be true to their word .... I will update based on my progress.

Fake reviews on a Web page I ordered of all 5 stars saying company was excellent company was a disgrace they got very bad reviews on all other review sites

This is the most unfair platform I have ever seen. We had a business account there (paid & premium) and everything was good. After we decided to downgrade our account to a non-paid standard one, the nightmare began.

First, they charged for two months without our knowledge and it took 15 days to conceive that they have no right to charge us without permission.

Then came the fake reviews. We tried to log in our profile panel but it is literally unusable, each function has a little premium banner on the right and you cannot use any unless you pay the platform.

After experiencing this, we have contacted their support team to privacy and explained the situation. No reply.

We have contacted again for our profile removal (because it is also embedded to our google business automatically) and still no answer.

So, this platform is using our brand name without our consent and do not reply to any of our messages.

Unethical, unprofessional and unfair. That's what Reviews.co.uk is.

My honest review for Linenbundle on reviews.co.uk was deleted minutes after I posted it, presumably because it was 2* and not completely flattering. It’s clearly a site full of fake reviews masquerading as Trustpilot. I’m shocked and appalled.

The worst customer service, basically non existent!! Paid over $100 for blue leather boots. Paid extra for 1 week shipping. Received order 3 weeks later. Boots were shipped directly from China, were the wrong style , the wrong color and the wrong size. The quality was horrendous as well. I called and emailed the co. and got NO response. I emailed the Chinese shipper and they admitted that the order was completely wrong, but only wanted to credit my card 1/2 as this is such a popular boot for them. Can you believe it? DO NOT purchase anything from this Company.

Have been trying for months to get a refund. Ordered some shoes and paid $140 for them and recieved some crappy shoes that look nothing like the ones i ordered.

Black shoes with white sole were sent to me, i ordered white vans with a rainbow. Not happy at all
