TV set up problems
The two delivery men did their job , they delivered the tv that was it.
I am 80years of age with mobility issues which meant I was unable to set the tv up also I have some sight issues to , so it was a stressful situation
I suggest the delivery men deliver the tv and you have a tv engineer for a reasonable cost to set the tv up in difficult situations like mine , this would solve the problem

We completely understand that, given your mobility and sight difficulties, setting up a new TV can be particularly challenging. We appreciate you taking the time to suggest having an engineer available to assist customers who may require additional support.
At present, our delivery service is for delivery of the TV only and we do not currently offer an installation or setup service. However, we will certainly take your suggestion on board as we continue to review how we can improve the service and support we offer to our customers.

A great customer experience.
I purchased a Samsung TV for my daughter's bedroom. It was significantly cheaper than anywhere else. The product is great and came with a 5 year Samsung warranty so I am delighted.
I had a few questions which RGB answered without any issues and delivery was very smooth (and free!), the lad who made the delivery was excellent and very well mannered, This is a great company.

Dreadful attitude with regards to…
Dreadful attitude with regards to delivering an American style fridge freezer, telling me "if we cant get it in the front door we're leaving it on the street and you can sort it out"
Order was cancelled and reported back to the insurance company who have now sent an alternative.

We appreciate that having a large American-style fridge freezer delivered can be frustrating, particularly where access is restricted. Our delivery team must ensure that any appliance can be delivered safely and without causing damage to the property or the appliance. Where safe delivery into the property is not possible, our team are unfortunately unable to leave the appliance in an unsafe or unsuitable location.
We’re sorry that on this occasion we were unable to complete the delivery and that the order subsequently had to be cancelled. We understand that an alternative appliance has now been arranged through your insurance company.
We take feedback regarding our team’s communication and attitude seriously and will review the circumstances internally. We apologise for any frustration caused.

He let us know when he would be calling he waited with ease as I had to put my 3 dogs out the back so he could bring the parcel in and take it to our living room and put it safe till my husband could assemble it very helpful and polite
