I found the service very disappointing
I found the service very disappointing. I explained my situation, including my vulnerabilities, but I felt that my concerns were not listened to or taken seriously, Instead of trying to understanding my circumstances or offer reasonable support, I was simply told that they could not help.
What made the situation even more difficult was that the members of staff spoke in another language during the interaction, which I could not understand. This left me feeling uncomfortable and uncertain about what was being discussed.
Organisations providing customer services should ensure that staff communicate clearly, treat customers with dignity and consider individual needs. Unfortunately this was not my experience.

Excellent first time experience
Excellent first time experience. Ordered a new washing machine on the Sunday night for delivery the following Wednesday. Was kept informed of the delivery throughout and rang an hour before they arrived. Guys from BJS Home Delivery were very polite and we checked everything over before they departed. Couldn't have asked for better!

I bought a tv which unfortunately…
I bought a tv which unfortunately decided to give up after only 14 days.
I felt that the situation was dealt with fairly and very professionally- which is more than I can say for Samsung customer services!
After getting a ticket number from Samsung to prove we had tried all the simple reset options,
Collection was clearly explained as we’re packing requirements.
My only disappointment was having to wait a week for another tv but that’s nit their fault. Delivery slots to our area had already been filled.
You are safe to use these guys. They are very customer oriented,

Delivery was a joke failed on selected day then very rude trying to get it re delivered when they did still had issues as they didn’t agree with what was said and had to wait for the manger on a call to confirm

First class service
First class service. However had an issue with the carrier who delivered the machine, the guys removed the packaging and took it away. Unfortunately within the packaging was a template required to fit the integrated door for the washer dryer. I tried to bring this to the attention of the delivery company but they continued to tell me to speak to RGB who obviously would not be able to help. All I wanted to do was to feedback the issue to help avoid this happening to someone else. It cost me £150 to get a professional to fit the door without the template.
I would repeat this was a fault of the carrier not RGB
