Gareth and Mark were clean and tidy, polite and accommodating when I asked to place the very large package in the conservatory..
They checked to box for damage before leaving. All in all about 5 minutes.
You get a text with an approximate time slot bet them I got a phone call giving an update of 20 minutes until arrival. So none of the faffing about sitting waiting, you can actually get something done prior to them arriving.

Zak and Ian were fantastic today delivering our new TV.
A courtesy call 5 mins prior to arriving and then listened to my wife who had our sleeping baby at the time of delivery. They delivered the TV very quietly and she couldn't be happier.

Great communication from Karol and Paul in the delivery of my new TV. Arrived when they said they would and were super careful in the handling of the TV to the required room. Very friendly and chatty and helpful.

The whole experience was excellent, from ordering, to delivery today by Trav and Rob. The delivery was very professional with the equipment being brought into the house and placed where we wanted it. Will definitely use again.

Ordered the same item twice by mistake but this was picked up by the staff who rang to check and quickly cancelled one order and refunded the money. This didn’t delay delivery date. Gareth, the delivery driver kept in touch about delivery time, was very helpful and polite and respectful of property.

Mark and Paul were excellent in communicating their delivery date and time which was well within the 5 day window provide by Richer Sounds Hanley who were themselves excellent but I will review separately.
They arrived almost to the minute on their earlest predicted time slot.
Delivery wasn’t helped by emergency road works on entrance to our driveway but they coped and dropped items in our lounge.

Trav and Rob delivered our TV today. We had great communication for delivery and they were very helpful with advice too. Very friendly.
