Great service
Stuart in Liverpool sales team was excellent - he called me following my initial email enquiry, answered all my questions about specifications of several different models, provided quotes and price matched my final choice.
Communication regarding delivery was excellent - email the night before, text on the day and phone call 20 mins before arrival. The item was delivered on time by Karol and Paul, who were very pleasant and professional.

FAULTLESS. PERFECT SERVICE.
Email the night before with 3 hour delivery slot for following day.
On day of delivery SMS with two hour slot and link to track how many jobs prior to mine.
20 mins prior to deliver telephone call to say they will be with me in 20 minutes.
The delivery guys were friendly, respectful of property and placed items in room where requested. PERFECT 5***** service.
Thanks, that's why I always use Richer Sounds for TV and hifi purchases.

Great delivery of my new product
Great delivery of my new product, Gareth rang to inform me he was 20 minutes away, which was a great help.
Gareth was polite and courteous of my property, taking his shoes off when entering.

Thank you for your feedback, and for leaving us a positive review about your delivery experience.
The teams will send SMS to customers, generally on the morning of the delivery, which they follow up with a 'pre call' 30 minutes before for customers. I understand this did happen here but you were unable to answer that call, which I can understand. We appreciate your feedback of course and will discuss with the transport teams, to try and increase flexibility within the delivery process.

I bought my previous TV from the Prestwich branch so I went back as I wanted a 55" TV. The service was really good and the Sales Advisor, Ellis, was really helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery guys, Trav & Mark, were very obliging. I would definitely recommend buying from Richersounds.

Great customer service and delivery
Craig at the Chester store provided brilliant customer service, both pre and post sale and I would happily recommend Richer Sounds without hesitation. Trav and Mark delivered my new TV today. They were very kind, pleasant and helpful and also had a great sense of humour, which is always welcome.

We ordered a new Samsung Q990F Soundbar…
We ordered a new Samsung Q990F Soundbar for delivery on Thursday 14.05.26 for delivery after 9am, I was awake at 8am & the Delivery company sent me a message saying they would be here for 8:15. They arrived and the 2 men were very friendly and did a great job bringing my package into the house, the main man recognised us a he delivered our Hisense tv last year. So all in all were very happy with the delivery company and Richer Sounds.
