The communication from the delivery team before delivery was accurate, they arrived on time,the TV was put where I wanted it ,they then gave me good advice on the set up of my TV . Overall a first class service

Delivery of the TV’s by Gareth and Mark was excellent. On time and placed the items in the house as requested.

Arrived on time to swap my tv, both top fellas.

Delivered within 5 day window with good communications on progress of the order. On day messaged to confirm. a 3 hour window and a call 20 mins before arrived. Rob and Mark delivered my TV today and were very friendly, polite and respectful. The delivery was made with care with no damage to the box. They were very knowledgeable and gave some tips on setting up the TV. Would recommend and use again.

Gareth was prompt with his delivery and kept me informed when he was going to deliver within a slot.

Rob and Paul were very professional, brought my TV to the house very carefully, and went through everything with me. Highly recommend Richer Sounds. Used to use them years ago but then got married, got a mortgage, etc. Now I've got a bit of money, I'm back with them.

If only other delivery firms employed people like Rob and Paul purchasing items would always be pleasure not the anxious time consuming experience it normally is.
