I had a couple of issues with delivery and damage after delivery eventually happened. Now this was Nothing to do with Richer Sounds but they couldn’t do enough at the Edinburgh branch to quickly sort out and remedy the situation. Can’t thank and recommend them enough.

Great service. Contacted the store to enquire about a Price Beat against a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon EVO and Bowie beat the best online price by £10 and sorted out delivery dates and payment. Many thanks.

I explained my needs and had a few options of what I thought I could purchase. Salesman had good knowledge of the tech and guided me towards the best option for my needs. I have no regrets on my purchase and as I have before, will always turn to Richer Sounds for my TV and music tech as they provide good advice and good tech at an unbeatable price.

Richer Sounds will always be my go-to for all things tv and sound. Great recommendation for a good quality tv, and a few days later a wonderful turntable. Easy to see and speak to in-store; they're all really knowledgeable but not in a way that is full of jargon and acronyms. A great purchasing experience..they make buying easy. Excellent customer service from all the staff in Edinburgh store. Gave me great info so it pointed me in the correct direction. Glad I went through to visit the store. Would definitely use again.

Although I had a long wait for an item I was always able to talk to someone without waiting in a long telephone queue. Everyone I spoke to were personable and willing to help quickly.
Jamie and his colleagues in the Edinburgh branch deserve a special mention as they are an outstanding example of what customer care should be, something that is sadly lacking in a lot of companies and the public sector in Broken Britain.

Harry, the sales assistant was most helpful, friendly and offered good advice and service. I previously purchased an Amp about 15 years ago and always remembered the staff were excellent and knowledgeable which caused me to have no hesitation in returning to enquire about purchasing a turntable to play some old and new records. Harry was able to identify a suitable turntable appropriate for my requirements and a lead to connect to my amp. Both items are good quality, look great in my living room and were exceptional value for money. Good job !!

DPD screwed up the delivery and I had to pay extra to get my goods within the stated delivery period. I’d be reluctant to shop at Richer Sounds again if they continue to use to DPD.

Great company with massive range of equipment and extensive knowledge on each.
Many items are so affordable due to reasonable payment options available .

Excellent service. My stylus arrived within a few days. I went to Richer Sounds because they are specialists - even though my equipment was over 20 years old they managed to get a replacement which fitted perfectly.

Again, Bowie and colleagues provided excellent, efficient, non-pushy service and delivered exactly as promised. Going back to Richer a no brainer for any future telly and sound stuff.

This is a great place to get audio and video equipment. The staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They are willing to go the extra mile to ensure you get the best setup for your needs. I dealt mainly with Bowie who was just lovely and could not have done more to help.

I was looking for a new OLED TV for my study and initially considered the Samsung S90F. After some research, I found they use lower-quality (WOLED) panels on that model, so I decided to go with the LG G5 instead.

I first checked Peter Tyson as their prices looked better than buying direct from LG, but I’m glad I came across Richer Sounds. I spoke to Bowie at the Edinburgh store, who was incredibly helpful and walked me through all my options including price matching against Peter Tyson with a little extra off.

I originally ordered the 48" OLED, which came with a free LG US60T soundbar (unlike Peter Tyson/LG direct). However, after doing a bit more research, I realised the 55" model not only looks better, but offers better contrast. I called back to see if I could change my order, and they sorted everything out quickly - upgrading me to the 55" model and replacing the soundbar with the LG US70TR, all at a lower price than Peter Tyson and LG direct.

Delivery took a few days, but for the price I paid, I couldn’t be happier - just need to get everything set up now.

Huge thanks to Bowie and the team at Richer Sounds for their patience, expertise, and for helping me get the best deal. They’ll definitely be my first stop for any future audio/visual purchases - and I’d recommend starting there yourself, as you may struggle to find a better overall experience/price elsewhere.
