I went in to buy some passive speakers. Mikey was very friendly, attentive and was happy to take time with me listening to different models. The staff were patient, cheerful and also very helpful with other bits and pieces we were looking for.

Apologies for not remembering the name of the salesman but I was impressed with his relaxed and friendly attitude. I felt comfortable spending £1000 with no fuss and ease of purchase.

I always go to Richer Sounds first because I've always valued the effort made to find what I need at the best price and with honesty. I went in to Plymouth recently chancing my arm for a pair of speakers that were end of line. They didn't have them but checked and mentioned a pair in Leeds. I ran the Leeds stire and they gave me the best deal they could which left me over the moon with the product and service. I'll be back again soon for sure.

We had bought a Panasonic TV that developed a fault but unfortunately had neglected to register the TV for its warranty.
We called Richer Sounds Leeds who were fantastic at helping us sort it out . I wish I could remember his name who we spoke to, he was great. We rung late in the day and he was due to go on holiday ,sorted out what he could at that time and promised it would be followed up with his manager which it was next day. Every has been sorted and I cannot commend Richer and their staff highly enough. Fantastic Service always. Thank you

As an older person who recently bought a small smart TV struggled (but eventually succeeded) to set it up with all the QR & verification codes . Setting up WiFi ok as used to that . We elderly miss the days of engineers !

Very helpful shopworker,receivedproduct very quickly ,unfortunately the parcel was delivered to my neighbour ,the delivery agent said we did not seem to be in which we were.He obviously didn’t ring the buzzer ,which is very loud and I was working directly above the front door.However I do not hold you responsible for the delivery firms carelessness.

In store service in Leeds was very helpfull. I wanted to fit smaller stereo speakers in my lounge instead of my 26 year old large ones but with similar or better sound. Several different speakers were wired up for me in the demonstration room to try. No pressure to buy so abke to go home and look at reviews. Phoned store later and Mike the assistant put in the order for Dali Kupid from me. Arrived safely 2 days later.
Looks great in our small lounge with old large speakers now removed.

The service was very good, and the delivery of the tv, was all so good and keeped us up to date all the way, till it arrived.

When I finally took the plunge and bought one from the online shop it arrived quickly and was very well packaged.
I have absolutely no complaints about the service I received from Richer Sounds and would recommend them without reservation. I am planning on buying some new speakers later in the year and possibly a new amplifier and I have every intention of doing so from Richer Sounds.

Great communication at the Leeds store... Provided a demo for me... I went home to make sure that the system would fit to my house and bought by phone... All was packaged well and sent by courier... Top guys

Excellent, helpful advice in shop and on the phone in terms of equipment purchases and the setting up.

Research before hand meant I new what I wanted, but no unit display (Eversolo mini cd) - so an easy purchase. Recommend having one out as a great little unit - great service as always. Great to be able to do finance (Klarna) in house too

I spoke to different people on different occasions when I was looking for a hifi to buy. On all the occasions I found the staff helpful ,polite and eager to help. They listened and were patient. I will like to do business with the company again
