I asked to cancel the order 16 hours after ordering it and they said it was already being shipped which is obviously impossible, they just created a label. They said it's impossible to cancel anymore. They are illegally charging shipping fee if you cancel the order after it was shipped. Lost 70 euros for a canceled order that I refused to accept upon delivery.

Thought I found a company that actually had a local presence so would make ordering a US made item straightforward, but after signing up for instock notifications I heard nothing for a month and a half. I contacted support to ask about this and was told that I should make the order instead and that would initiate the ordering process from the manufacturer. The expected arrival date keeps on slipping and no updates are communicated. Then to top it off I am sent a ridiculous "offer" for a warranty that costs 10x the cost of the actual item when the terms explicitly state that my email would not be shared with 3rd parties.
At what point do I just apply for a chargeback with my bank and turn to ebay...

Mit PayPal gibt es Streit bis zum Inkassobüro, never ever werde ich dort wieder etwas Kaufen. Vermutlich Betrüger die mit den (chinesischen) Zulieferer unter einer Decke stecken. Der gekaufte Putzroboter kann nicht mal als ein besseres Spielzeug eingesetzt werden!!!

Comment peux on critiquer du matériel conçu et qui est révolutionnaire pour nos amis les chats . Pour ma part je suis très satisfaite de l'équipe Robotshop . Quelques soit les sujets différents que j'ai rencontré et un service très réactif .J'ai 3 Robots à la maison pour une quantité de chats et tout ce passe très bien . Sachez tous qu'il faut savoir entretenir ces Robots régulièrement (nettoyage, vérification , et révision par l'équipe technique de Robot shop.)Après ça tout va bien.
Un matériel très bien pensé Bravo à celui qui l'a inventé !MERCI

Wir haben das Bumblebee Roboter Entertainment Paket für den Kindergeburtstag unseres Sohnes gebucht, und es war einfach fantastisch! Der Roboter im Stil von Transformers hat die Kinder total begeistert und die Stimmung richtig angeheizt. Besonders beeindruckend war die Rauchkanone – die Kids haben es geliebt!
Die beiden Entertainer, die das Paket begleitet haben, waren unkompliziert, freundlich und haben dafür gesorgt, dass alles reibungslos lief. Sie haben sich toll um die Kinder gekümmert und für viel Spaß und Unterhaltung gesorgt.
Unser Sohn und seine Freunde sprechen immer noch von diesem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Volle Empfehlung für jeden, der einen besonderen und aufregenden Kindergeburtstag plant!

Een jaar en 6 weken geleden iets gekocht bij Robotshop. Echter van de ene op de andere dag ging de motor stuk. Ik ben super goed geholpen door een zeer klantvriendelijke klantenservice. Zonder gedoe en zonder kosten is er een nieuwe motor naar mij gestuurd die ik de volgende dag al binnen had. Ik ben super blij want mijn dure apparaat werkt weer! Bedankt Robotshop!

With 4 cats Litter clean up is now a breeze since we acquired the Litter Robot 4 from robotshop. I did have a lot of questions on it as it is an investment but they happily and quickly answered them all. Now the only thing I have to remember to do is to empty the waste drawer which the app reminds you to do as well as when to refill with more litter and who has used the litter box last. I really can't live without it now, so much so, that I'm buying a second unit to have at our 2nd home. I bought with a 4 year warranty (2 year manufacture and 2 year extended) for peace of mind and it’s worth it to me

Volgens een snelle opvolging van mijn ticket was de conclusie van de klantenservice dat de sensoren na 2,5 jaar (half jaar na verstrijken garantie) al kapot moesten zijn. Na wat geheen-en-weer toch uit coulance twee cadeaubonnen gekregen voor de nieuwe onderdelen. Netjes van ze, apparaat is prima!

Finger weg! Habe mir den Robostop bestellt und inkl. dem Preis auch die Versandkosten bezahlt. Nur wird die Ware nicht nach Hause geliefert, sondern an einen Paketshop. In meinem Fall an einem Paketshop über 10km entfernt. Das Paket sollte ich jetzt selber abholen und die Kosten für die über 20km (Hin und Rückweg) selber tragen. Wenn man es nicht selber abholt, muss man 30€ „Starfe“ bezahlen!!! Mehr braucht man über dieses Unternehmen nicht mehr sagen…!

Hello, just got my Emlid survey pole £294 and they sent me a damaged box both seals open and have the cheek to send me a used one! It’s got marks chips on metal and cracks on fasteners and mud on point what the hell of a company sends out used damaged stock as marked as new?, I will be going to social media and showing what crap you send out by conning customers in thinking they get new gear, I will be contacting EMLID direct as well showing that your company is giving them a bad name! I needed this for a archaeological job not impressed at all!

Item never delivered. Poor customer service who don’t care or show any sign of investigating the issue. Based abroad, no care taken with any customers. Avoid without doubt.

Sent my litter robot for repair, cost me 60 pounds, they didn’t pay custom fees which I would have happily sent them the money for if I was asked, instead they ignored it and subsequently my parcel got sent back to me
So 60 pounds down the drain and no fixed litter robot
Dont bother paying for their faulty machines.

EIgentlich 0 Sterne, RobotSHop hält sich nicht an Gesetze, Roboter ist kaputt gegangen und der Laden verweist lediglich auf den Hersteller... unterirdischer laden, jedes Mal neue Ausreden, es wird behauptet das Produkt wird nicht mehr angeboten. Das Produkt wurde auf der Website weiterhin gefunden.
2 Jahre gesetzliche Händlergewährleistung wird ignoriert, in Zukunft stressfrei bei am*zon und co einkaufen.

I ordered an incorrect part and realised my mistake when the package arrived. I asked Robotshop for an exchange for the correct part but they refused as the item was "a clearance item" and exchanges are refused unless faulty. So they are happy to keep the money and get rid of their old stock even if a customer makes a genuine mistake! I would happily pay more for the correct part if required and cover postage as I realise the mistake was mine but this is not good customer service in my book. I recommend avoiding purchasing from them.

I've been in contact with customer service for nearly a month now regarding my purchase of a Robot 3 litter box. Unfortunately, from the very first day, it hasn't functioned properly. Despite diligently following all of their instructions, including submitting multiple videos, disassembling the unit, and providing numerous photos, the issue remains unresolved. At this juncture, I feel utterly frustrated and disappointed. It's disheartening to have entrusted them to find a solution, only to feel like my time has been wasted. It's evident that the machine is faulty. I urge you to acknowledge this and promptly provide a replacement.
