Initial order was quick and easy. I was buying a replacement, as another vendor had let me down and I needed the pi car quickly for my nephew's birthday. Just after I ordered this the other one turned up. I dropped support a note asking to cancel and received a rapid response confirming cancellation and a quick refund. Really couldn't ask for better customer service. Just disappointed I didn't order here first.

The answer was fast, as well as the resolution of my issue.

we purchased a robot which was promptly delivered bur the motors had a quality issue. Took photos and a explanation of the issue and messaged Robotshop.
The issue was quickly resolved by replacing the faulty parts. Thankyou

Mathilde went above and beyond to assist us with a last minute order for which we needed alternative items. She was able to recommend alternatives and have the order shipped 2nd day air in time to meet our deadline.

I bought a litter robot for 900EUR. There is an issue with shipping. When I contact them to sort this out they were referring me to call DHL, despite the policy of DHL is only the sender needs to contact them. Even on the tracking it was saying the sender needs to contact us and provide more details. They are incompetent and don't even check what is the issue and waste your time. Neither to say this issue is still not resolved and I haven't receive anything.

The friendly assistance provided by customer service not only fulfilled our request for a tax-free invoice but also pleasantly surprised us by extending the reservation's expiration time.

My experience with Mathilde and Johanna made all the difference. They Knew their job and did it well and at the same time they were enjoyable to talk to.

Every staff member I came in contact with to make our robot purchase was kind and considerate. They went above and beyond to ensure our purchase was adequate and shipped in a timely manner.

Update: contacted the customer service to cancel the order and request refund. This time got response quickly and already got the refund.

Placed an order on 3/29/2023 and paid the shipping fee. We didn't get it delivered yet. The tracking status is always 'On the way'. They use what it calls Mail Innovations, which is a third-party delivery service. Really bad experience.

First of all the delivery of the product was verry quick. It worked fine.
Sadly our cat could not get used to it. After 3 months trying we gave up. Luckely was the customer service friendly and offered is a complete reimbursement, altough the 3 months trial period had just expired . Many thanks to robotshop.com
