Ware wurde an mich nicht zugesandt und es werden mir eine Gebühr für die Rücksendung abgezogen

Ware wurde an mich nicht zugesandt, wurde im Sortierzentrum an den Absender zurückgesendet. Nachdem ich dann storniert habe (nach der Nachricht von DHL) werden mir vom Kaufsumme die Rücksendegebühr abgezogen obwohl ich die Ware nie erhalten habe. Grenzt schon an Unverschämtheit

Wenn man sich die Kommunikation ansieht, wurde die Stornierung erst nach der Auslieferung der Bestellung beantragt. Wir sehen auch, dass unsere Kollegin mit DHL in Verbindung steht, um herauszufinden, was das Problem bei der Lieferung war. Wir werden sie mit Ihnen weiterarbeiten lassen.

Purchased leap controller

Purchased leap controller, paid £10.80 for shipping, the item was in stock. I'm then told it'll be up to 8 days before it will arrive. Three days after the original order was placed it hadn't been dispatched. Had I known this, I would never have placed the order. Two days for someone to reply to an email is not good. Do better.

Hello David,

We are sorry about this situation. We ship all in-stock orders during business days (Monday to Friday) and there is no shipping during the weekends. Your order was placed on Feb. 24 at 17h18 GMT and it was shipped Feb. 27. As communicated by one of our customer service representative we ship from our Netherland warehouse and delivery to UK is between 3-8 business days as of shipment date.

I ordered some servo motors as they…

I ordered some servo motors as they were in stock. then got told not all of them were in stock. I asked them to ship what they had available asap. I got stuck by their procedure as they cancelled my initial purchase and wanted me to rebuy fewer of them(the available ones), I had to wait several days to confirm that my bank didn't pull the original amount before re ordering. add some days of delay to get answers from their support. So basically not a bad company, not bad customer service but I think I'm too used by the amazing amazon customer service, it felt 15 years back. I think they should have removed some posting fee as their solution was increasing it. I just gave up and ordered from another website, I had shipping fee 50% cheaper and got delivered the next day...

Excellent customer service and support…

Excellent customer service and support from the Robotshop team! Always polite and efficient communication before and after orders. I bought an amazing Litter Robot 3 Connect two years ago and definitely will order the new one from this shop again!

Reencle rep and great support

Chat support was really polite and helpful. It's nice to be able to deal with real people, in real time.
Robotshop is a great alternative to buy Reencle products that otherwise would need to ship from the US.

An english speaking human being answered the phone and assisted me with my problem. To our great pleasure, the new computer system used by Robotshop was quick and easy for her to fix the situation. Overall easy fix and good experience.

I am a big fan of RobotShop

I am a big fan of RobotShop - they have many difficult to find items are are always willing to quickly provide quotes for me as I try to figure out the best use of my classroom budget. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to get the items, as they are often coming from outside of the country, but they do the best that they can!

Robotshop saved the day!

I'd give six stars if I could...

I had purchased a product from another vendor one week before Christmas with UPS next day shipping, but they shipped it USPS and it was going to arrive one week after Christmas.

I contacted Robotshop and they were able to overnight me the same product to save the day! Their support team responded very quickly to my questions, and made sure things went smooth along the way.

I'm now purchasing all of my hobby electronics through them. It's great to find a company with this level of support!

Je suis très satisfaite de la façon qu'ils ont résolu mon problème suite à l'arrivée de mon article que j'avais commande. J'ai reçu une réponse 24 hr après avoir envoye un e-mail et le lendemain ils m'ont offert un produit de remplement.
J'ai apprécié le fait que j'ai toujours communiqué avec la même personne ( Louise ) a cette compagnie. Service tres courtois très professionnel très beau produit.

Robot dilemma…

As much a I dislike returning purchases, sometimes it’s necessary. When I ordered the litter robot, I had no idea it was so large. I’ve no place to put it, so I initiated that process, which turned out to be a little challenging. Nathy in your CS Dept was helpful, understanding and a wonderful representative for your business. I wish you every success.
