Sehr guter Kundenservice

Sehr guter Kundenservice. Ich habe dort einen Litter Robot gekauft. Als dieser nach zwei Jahren plötzlich defekt war wurde im Forum online von einem der Experten anhand von Videos und Bilder das Problem richtig erkannt und mir ein neues kostenloses DFI Sensor Set zugeschickt. Dieses war sogar ein optimiertes Nachfolgemodell. Der Wechsel Zuhause war problemlos. Litter Robot funktioniert wieder.

Long process for resolving issues

EDIT:
After my original review, Robot Shop contacted me to offer a replacement base. This has now fixed the problem.

This saga and my experience with after sales support has been going on since I emailed them on October the 7th and my issue still isn't resolved.

We purchased a litter robot from the Robot shop. Our cats weren't really interested in it and it was hardly used. We read about cat litter that can be more attractive to cats so in a last attempt to get them to use it, we bought some. To our surprise they started to use it. However, after a very small number of uses, the litter tray developed a fault.
When trying to run the empty cycle, the dome jumps and makes a loud clicking noise.

My purchase was still in warranty so I contacted Robot shop. Initially, they wanted to send me parts and for me to fix it. I wanted it sent to them to ensure it was fixed correctly.

They weren't keen on me sending the entire unit back but I wanted to as it was being sent outside of the UK and I didn't want them not to be able to check that the whole unit worked before sending it back.
I wanted to avoid sending the unit back and forth.
So, they agreed that I could send the whole unit back. They then sent it back to me. Unfortunately, it had the exact same issue and hadn't been fixed.
It was really frustrating that it had been presumably sent back without being checked first.

They then sent a replacement dome out in case this was causing the issue, unfortunately this didn't solve the problem either. They then sent out a circuit board and new sensor for us to install within the unit. We did this, the sensor took an hour to install as it was very fiddly and required specialist tools. This didn't fix it. By this point, we had lost all faith in
the quality of the product and were frustrated that two months had gone by with no resolution (despite us spending a great deal of time providing videos of the fault numerous times).

Robot shop then wanted us to send a photo of the installed replacement parts to them which we did. We have heard nothing since. It appears that they are ignoring our emails. I have sent them three with no reply.
The broken unit is taking up a great deal of space in our house and we would really like them to either take it back and fix it or we would like a refund and we will dispose of the unit.

We paid a premium for a product that was barely used and developed a fault through very little use and the service has really left us frustrated and disappointed. We would really have expected them to check the unit was fixed before sending it back to us and being ignored now that we have requested a refund seems to be very poor customer service. I would not recommend spending a large amount of money with this company.

J'ai acheté un robot chat à mon épouse atteinte d'alzheimer, celui-ci ne fonctionnait plus qu'en partie, après contact extrêmement courtois avec le service concerné, un nouveau chat m'a été envoyé très rapidement, et gratuitement. Le sérieux et le respect du client sont assurément des valeurs de cette société, à recommander sans soucis.

NIE WIEDER !!!!

ich habe einen Saugroboter mit Absaugstation gekauft, der trotz Sensor und Absturzschutz unter die Heizung und die Treppen gefahren/gefallen ist in den ersten 6 Monaten, als ich auf die Garantie und Rückgabe hingewiesen habe wurde auf kleingedrucktes verwiesen. Es wird mit Sachen geworben welche dann nicht eingehalten werden. Achtet auf das Kleingedruckte bei dem Händler !!!
Fazit: Teures Produkt gekauft welches nicht genutzt werden kann, da Sauger fast auf Kinder im Haushalt gefallen ist aus dem 1 Stock.

Problème résolu avec efficacité!!!!

J’ai eu un problème avec ma LitterRobot4 et rapidement le service à la clientèle m’a répondu avec des questions et des démarches claires à suivre. Malheureusement le problème a persisté et à ma grande surprise, ils m’ont envoyé un appareil tout neuf et ce, dans un délai de 24 hrs. Super service et malgré ce pépin avec la litière…. Superbe litière!!!

Clarification re delivery expectation

I just made an inquiry because I didn't pay attention when I made my order and I got an a response within a reasonable period of time and it was very clear. Question was put forward on a Friday evening and the response came Monday morning and given it was a weekend I find that very reasonable.

Efficient and friendly service

The service is always efficient. They contact immediately after receiving the purchase order confirming it. They send instructions regarding backorders and possible options for the products. They are always polite and friendly in the emails. The website is easy to navigate and to find the products. If they don't have in stock what you are looking for, an estimate for having the product available is there. In this way, it's possible to plan ahead.

The support team is very good

The support team is very good, but the relation quality/price of the Litter robot III, no os the same, 1 year work with the Machin, is amazing, but the piezes and qualitys are poor... 800 Euro, 1 year and broke... They send 3 New Electronic elementos, and work again, but... For how many time again?

Please allow us to explain that we are one of the rare online stores that does allow back ordered products as we deal with schools and large corporations that work on robotic projects and they want to secure the stock to come, to meet their project deadlines. This feature is really appreciated amongst our robotic community and it's important to clarify this since this is a rare offering on the web. Many of our customers thinks that if the item is showing on our website is that it's actually in stock, however we carry over 10000 products and we identify them in order to provide visibility.

Meine Testphase mit dem Litter Robot 3…

Meine Testphase mit dem Litter Robot 3 verlief gut, jedoch auch mit der ein oder anderen Beanstandung. Sie begann Mitte Oktober 2022.
Ich habe gleichzeitig 2 verschiedene Geräte getestet. Testphase dieses Gerät 90 Tage, anderes Gerät 30 Tage. Ich muss noch dazusagen, daß man nicht jedes Gerät auf dem Markt auspacken und testen kann. Was ich bedauere, aber auch wegen der Hygiene verstehen kann, jedoch kein Anreiz ist, es zu bestellen ohne zu wissen, ob es gut ist oder nicht.
Von den beiden Geräten im Test war der Litter Robot 3 eindeutig der Bessere.
Der andere war lauter und drehte deutlich länger. Außerdem war das Sieb stangenförmig und zu grob. Der Auffangbehälter war zu klein für 2 große Kater. Deshalb hab ich ihn zurück geschickt.
Das ist beim Litter Robot 3 wesentlich besser gelungen. Deutlich kürzere und leisere Drehung, ein wabenförmiges Sieb und eine sehr große Schublade mit Beutel für die Ausscheidungen.
Die WLAN- Funktion find ich gut, das Gewicht des Tieres könnte noch angezeigt werden.
Die Beutel sind etwas zu teuer, sie könnten deutlich unter 1€ das Stück verkauft werden. Ich habe mir günstige Alternativbeutel gekauft, würde aber auch günstigere Originalbeutel kaufen.
Die Reinigung nach ca.3 Wochen war einfach und unkompliziert.
Er ist zwar relativ teuer, aber ich habe vor, einen weiteren zu kaufen, da man eigentlich pro Katze eine Toilette rechnet.
Ein feineres und gut klumpendes Streu sollte man verwenden. Gröberes fließt zu langsam durch das Gitter, dadurch kommt einiges vom unbenutzten Streu in die Schublade und wird damit verschwendet.
Den 5. Stern hab ich verwehrt wegen dem hohen Preis und den teuren Beuteln.

Missing item from outside vendor

I ordered several items but the order was split in two, the first arrived on time but the other was from another vendor and overdue. I contacted RobotShop support, and they showed me their link to contact the vendor and I got the order. Most companies would tell you it's out of their hands but this company has a great process to handle these issues. Excellent service.
