Meant to leave a message earlier. I ordered three items from their store recently and didn’t like them when they arrived. I felt bad but sent them back. It was the easiest thing to do and I got a full refund days later. So pleased with their customer service. Leaving a positive review is the least I could do.
Ps I have bought stuff from them before that I did like!
Pps just read some other reviews and noticed some chat about the returns being charged. I should point out that I too was charged but honestly didn’t mind as there were no faults with the product, I just changed my mind. I think that’s pretty reasonable.

My partner and I visited the Derby store early December as our daughter had asked ‘Santa’ for a grown up skateboard and we had no idea where to start! We initially had a look round the store and were oblivious of what we needed so we spoke to a few of the staff members in store who pointed us in the right direction, helped with queries and explained the sizes of the boards and which would be best suited for a total beginner. The staff members went above and beyond and were so very helpful, often having to go back and forth in the store to locate extra things for us which to them seemed no trouble at all and we were very grateful.
We left with a skateboard, and full safety set hat pads etc and our daughter woke up on Christmas Day the happiest I’ve seen her in a long time, she was elated. Exactly what she wanted!!
I’d like to give a big shout out to the Derby team whom were exceptional in helping us and finding the most suitable things for our daughter and they were just very friendly and supportive in terms of helping as in fact we had no clue what we were doing / buying.
So thanks so much.
Ps: the furry cutie in store ( little dog ) was also very cute and friendly especially the little excitable bum wiggle - ADORABLE!

Some really nice stuff at decent prices, they do add a delivery charge even when you're spending a fair bit but overall worthwhile.

Fantastic people to do business with. Wide range of products and sizes, quick dispatch, easy return , refund and exchange. Genuinelly pleased.

The refund process is broken and ends up costing too much for the buyer. I paid £6.99 for shipping then had to pay the same to return. Their refund portal was broken so it took ages to figure out how to manually return. I wasn’t offered an exchange or replacement so I’m just down £14 for nothing. Thanks rollersnakes

Amazing service , bought some dinosaur Jr hightops, had an issue with my address, messaged on Saturday knowing they were shut had a message on Sunday and they put my mind at ease , and dispatched this morning , good prices awesome brands will defo shop again .

Seit Juli 2024 warte ich auf eine Vitrine, zwei Stücke wurden zweimal getroffen. Ich antworte hart und überlegen. Begründet wird es lediglich mit „Herstellerverschulden“. Es erscheint mir absurd, im Voraus zu bezahlen und das Produkt 3-4 Monate lang nicht zu Hause installieren zu lassen.

Bought some Vans off them. Fell apart within 6 months like no Vans I've ever had. Very unusual rip in the sole after only lightly wearing them for work. Frankly talked nonsense in the email reply. Didn't engage at all with the complaint. Just flatly refused to return despite clear manufacturing flaws. Very Poor.

If what I said to describe vans that fall apart in less than 6 months is abusive language you're not very resilient. You looked at a few photos and have made a number of assertions based on very little evidence because your customer service is not good and don't want to refund me for poor quality goods because you're a small company. Fair dos. But don't pretend otherwise.

Amazing deal on a Mindless skateboard (Mandala Gen X), much cheaper than the same board sold elsewhere. Great service too, kept up to date with progress and delivery time.

Charlotte at Rollersnakes HQ had a firm authority when I enquired about the lack of confirmation of my order. To paraphrase, "It was a bank holiday yesterday mister, even us small skate shop staff deserve a break you know" says Charlotte.

"Fair dos" says I. "I Seek no grief or beef".

True to this Queen of customer service's word - the shoes I ordered were dispatched post holiday and arrived, remarkably, ahead of schedule. Doubtlessly this a result of a well drilled team. Kudos Charlotte, kudos to you.

As it happens, the shoes fit perfectly. They're slightly on the trendy side for a 48yo but Ive got the front to wear them.

All round a good experience. It's often a gamble buying something after following a link on Facebook but this one paid off.

Absolutely amazing staff were lovely sam with very strange hair 😂 served us and was more than helpful very good value and very friendly. Large amounts of difference not everything is the same gives you a choice it’s the best roller place I’ve been to. Tim was very helpful even gave free drinks as they were so friendly. Everything in great condition all the ramps and safety precautions are great very efficient.
