Ordered a couple of bits from Rollersnakes as usual but then Parcelforce happened……
Georgia answered the phone and got the situation pretty much sorted super quick and professionally. Roller snakes have always been good and the prices are fair. The only issues are delivery based, which strictly speaking, isn’t their fault. I would warn customers that issues with royal mail and Parcelforce may well be present but the guys on the phone will be there to try to sort it out. 10/10 customer service by Georgia today

They are apparently getting a ramp now and re doing the disabled parking bay when we see it this review will be deleted and re done also with a good a good review on a page called acsess advisor that we are admin of it's a fb page and website for wheelchair accessible places and businesses and we really want to put this place on the map for disabled people.

They have very kindly done away with the disabled parking bay in the carpark since our last visit, been a customer for years but not any more as I can't park our large wheelchair van in a regular parking bay, also the entrance is though the warehouse wheelchair users are not cardboard boxes, your public liability insurance would go ballistic if there was an accident that involved a member of the public in a stock room. If you are a wheelchair user avoid the place they don't give a toss about you and your safety on site. More a 0 star than a 1 star you are forced to give took my business elsewhere today your loss as I spent over £150 at the other shop on two pairs of trainers, your loss there gain. EDIT They are now trying to flag my review as being fake well it is not fake at all it is AGAINST THE LAW to remove an ALREADY EXISTING accessible parking space and we have the proof that you have done it too by email will add this to the review below we have you over a barrel if we decided to take you to court and we also have a receipts to prove we have previously shopped at this business we tried to go again on the 27th of June 2024 and was told by email that they have removed the wheelchair accessible parking bay making it impossible for anyone Inna wheelchair to visit the shop anymore we have all the necessary pictures to prove this review is genuine pictures of receipts emails the lot. They basically stole my money. I returned items for a refund checking the "refund to original payment method". When I didn't see any refund in 2 weeks I sent an email and they replied the money had been sent to a "gift card" - and I wasn't even sent any gift card details. All my follow up emails to them were ignored, they also ignored the PayPal resolution centre claim that I had to open to get the money back. Thankfully, PayPal is very good in these cases.

Purchased 2 pairs of shoes and received 1 completely random pair of shoes in the wrong box!

Rang Rollersnakes and was told they knew of this issue with this suppler of brand of shoes, but didn’t think to check the shoes before sending the orders out to their customers… (they even knew what colour the wrong shoes were which is not a colour they sell. Which tells me I’m not the first).

I was just told to return them or have an exchange for a different pair of shoes as they didn’t have anymore in stock. No real apology for their lack of checking and I will have to go out of my way to package them up and take them to a post office!

I won’t bother using them again. Terrible company/ service.

Had so many issues with them barley resolved any of them its over a month since the original order I have finally given up and they have sent me a refund but the refund is £10 less than what I originally paid. Do not buy from them they will steal your money.

Absolute nightmare. Sizing is all wrong and they make you pay delivery both ways. You can get the original postage back but only if you request it. So you end up paying for 3 deliveries before you get the rights size. I'm a size 9 and have had to get a 10.5. They try and blame it on you and say there is a size guide but that guide is also wrong. Will never use them again and don't suggest anyone else does either

Was hunting down Stranger Things X Quiksilver apparel and came across this site. Order two items and they arrived today which was quick. Ordered again yesterday and probably will order again. Packaged in a sturdy box and was happy with the aforementioned quiksilver jacket which screamed 80s. The price point was spot on with the discount from £115 down to £35 which is a steal. I’m glad a found rollersnakes and will come back again to order the entire quiksilver x stranger things collection

Back into skating after (too many) years, bought a few bits from these guys now and always had amazing customer service. I made a mistake on my order and it was rectified in minutes via the very helpful staff (Georgia) who sorted and emailed me the update straight away. Will keep using these guys from now on, decent prices, fast delivery and good staff. Thank you very much! 🤙🔥🛹

Bought full skateboards twice off this site. Great prices, and came the day after I’d ordered. Husband loves his skateboard says it’s awesome no problems whatsoever and my sons got his for his bday in a few days which I imagine will have the same response.

I have bought from Rollersnakes a couple of times now and have been happy with my purchases and how fast they deliver.

My last order had a pair of shoes that ended up having a manufacturer's defect and dealing with Greg and Charlotte was super easy and straightforward with arranging the return and changing them for a different pair.

Thank you to both of them for displaying great customer service! Give them a raise!

Only 3.5 trusted reviews, well I'm here to put your mind at I ordered a pair of trainer's that I wanted on Amazon but they didn't have em in my size, so I Google the trainer, the one in question was DC skyline fades, they had a huge discount on them, which seemed too good to be true, but I ordered them yesterday, got them today via royal mail made a saving. Got a bargain. I will be using this company again, you can shop with confidence with this company. Why it's only 3.5 on here it's not correct. I did opt for 24 hr delivery. Peace of mind shopping Rollorsnakes.

Unbelievable. Ordered 5 complete decks and they arrived the next day. Everything was perfect, external packaging was super tough to protect them. Each deck is individually wrapped and separated within the box. Couldn't recommend enough - amazing ! Thankyou

Not going to use them again. The Stock that they have looks amazing. But when ordered Osiris D3 2001 red colour. Shoes arrived of extremely poor quality with the stains of glue. I didn't feel that received genuine product. Immediately I have filled refund online. Trick that they use is, they need to approve your request for a refund winning few days to keep your money to help them with cashflow. After my request to return was approved I have sent them the shoes. They have received my shoes 5 days ago and still no refund. I have emailed asking what is the hold up, they said that they are processing refunds 7 to 10 after item is received.

Really impressed with everything about Rollersnakes. The skateboard lessons are great to get kids started and my boys loved them. Their promotions and discounts when buying from their shop are brilliant and they’ve got some lovely stuff in store, plus they ship really quickly if preferring online, including getting items only a day after ordering in one case
