I bought a pair of shoes and they arrived with the shoebox all battered. Whats the point in a paying for postage and packaging when they can't be bothered to double box the shoes!

Bought a pair skates from them last Thursday for my adult daughters birthday, last weekend paying extra for next day delivery, as my daughter lives 200 miles away. Paid automatically by card and had receipt through on Thursday with tracking number for next day delivery. This morning had same receipt through again except with todays date, same royal mail tracking number which up to now is still not registered with them. After hours of phoning them with no one answering, eventually a woman answered, looked up the order and totally lied saying it was held up by someone investigating why it was going to my daughters home with the same surname as mine, although they had my payment in full without any problem, with their website asking for invoice address and delivery address which was different.woman treated me like a idiot and said I would get a refund for the postage which I don’t believe, and Royal Mail tracking is still not showing it. Obnoxious attitude from the woman, if she worked for me she would be gone

The shoe fiasco. So I bought 2 pairs of shoes...I sent the more expensive pair back for a larger size. They sent the wrong shoes out to me. They sent a larger size of the cheaper pair. so I sent them back for the correct ones. They say I need to spend £12 more! plus 2.99 postage to cover the difference. Even though I've already paid in full. I received the original order a month ago. They only reply to my emails at the end of the day so there is extra waiting. Not that they seem to listen anyway. Good prices, Good sales...probably why the shoes didn't fit in the first place. I don't think I will waist my time on Rollersnakes again

Very disappointed. I chose to spend out on a premium deck from Rollersnakes. I bought an Almost Rodney Mullen 'Space Rings' impact deck. This is supposed to be a premium skateboard deck with carbon fibre disks around the truck mounts.

The deck itself seems fine, however it's clear that this one in particular is either a defect, or has been stored badly.

With one very light skate, paint was bubbling, chipping and completely coming away from the deck.

Rollersnakes said this was general wear and tear, which is a complete insult as an experienced skater.

This 'premium' deck has been a massive disappointment and I will not be dealing with Rollersnakes again.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The quality of these shoes is extremely poor, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Great products great service- I ordered a few sale items then realised I had ordered the wrong size- Georgia at customer service got back to me really quickly and changed size for me. Everything arrived quickly and started using straight away..

Not my first purchase through rollersnakes but I bought a pair of trainers late last year, end of November to the beginning of December sometime... I don't skate but grew up attached to a BMX so love the skate trainers and brands. Mid February I noticed the soles were peeling at the back of the trainers even though the rest of the shoes were in perfect condition so decided to give these guys a call. Within 10 minutes of getting off the phone I had a returns label and clear instructions on returning the product for an exchange or refund. I've not had a bad experience with any purchase and will continue to use their store for my trainers. Onwards and upwards!

Can't say how great rollers are. Huge variety of choice, excellent customer service and everything always arrives mint and on time.
Got my first pro complete skateboard from these guys back in 89. They never disappoint

I brought some Supreme Turbo 33 Roller Skates recently. I had previously called Rollersnakes for information about this Product and found the Staff there very helpful. The Skates arrived in about 2 days after buying them so was really pleased with the delivery time. There was a slight problem that Rollersnakes quickly resolved. I would definitely buy from this company again. Thank you. Really loving the Skates!

I've purchased from Rollersnakes on two occasions now and both were faultless. Quick delivery, great prices and good product availability.

Items looked larger in pictures online, in person they were tiny. The fact I had to pay to return the items as well, because a delivery charge isn't enough it seems. Can't say I will be buying anything else from this company

Used them several times with no issues. Bought a £60 Santa Cruz hoodie. Washed it once as label stated and it shrunk about 4 sizes. Contacted them but haven’t had any joy with refund or replacement

Was told I would get a free skate board is I spent over £100 I spent £163.99added the board to my basket but it’s deleted itself so they never sent it and when I messaged to complain they said they wouldn’t send one as it wasn’t in my basket but in the same sentence said she could see it in my basket but it wasn’t there after checkout

I bought some skates as a Christmas present, but because I wasn’t convinced on the size I bought two sizes. The return was super simple, and the only complaint I have is the postage fees (some competitors offer free returns).

I would use them again, even if just for the simplicity of the transaction.

Charging you £2.99 for sending stuff back. Plus having staff handling the phone when admitted himself I don’t know how to do this. Never again will I use this company. They should be ashamed of themselves

Great skate tshirts at really good prices, the multi-buy offer is excellent value. Fast delivery too. I also contacted customer services online with a query about sizing and they replied very quickly. Would definitely shop here again.
