Yet again, using RMS and in particular dealing with Alistair at the Ashington branch made the process easier, and gave more reassurance than other providers I’ve used in the past.
Alistair went out of his way several times to communicate details, answer questions and nudge the provider of my mortgage when needed by e-mail, telephone and in person.

I cannot speak highly enough about the service we got from Rook Matthews Sayer in Whitley Bay. From the outset, they won the battle to sell our property with their professional approach, handles the marketing and viewings with great understanding of what we, as sellers and the buyers needed to know. Needless to say, not only did we sell quickly, but above the listed price. A superb experience all round. They could not have been more helpful.
