DO NOT BUY this machine unless you want to get caught in never ending saga of trying to get hold of someone that can help you from Rotimatic team. I wish I can give negative rating or even 0 stars... The machine was ok to be honest, but broke after barely 3 months. And then the nightmare began. Customer service is horrible - We did not get answers to our complaints for weeks. When they do reply once in a blue moon , its just excuses and false promises about replacement machine that never arrived. Its sad that even in 2026, there is no value for Customer' s hard earned money and companies like this survive and escape any consequences.
I read some reviews where people mentioned a guy called Asrar helped them , you guys gave me tiny bit of hope and stopped me from throwing this shit into garbage - so now I am praying for "Asrar" angel to see my repeated messages sent to Rotimatic team and save me from this misery

Totally worthless product! Do not buy this machine. It fails to make rotis properly and gets stuck every single time, regardless of the flour, oil, or water used. I tried everything, but nothing worked. The product simply doesn't perform as advertised. I would strongly advise against trusting this company. Buying this machine was a complete waste of money, and I deeply regret my purchase.

Neither received my order nor any refunds.

Very Poor Customer Service – Don't Buy Rotimatic Next

We bought the Rotimatic Next, and it has been a very disappointing experience. It is an expensive machine, but the customer service is extremely poor.

When we first reported the problems, the support team told us over the phone that they would replace the machine. However, after that, they stopped responding. We have sent multiple emails and contacted them through the app, but we are no longer receiving any replies.

We are simply asking for a replacement or a return, but there has been no response from the company.

If you're considering buying a Rotimatic Next, I would recommend thinking carefully. Based on our experience, the product is expensive, and if you run into issues, you may not receive the customer support you expect.

My machine is still under warranty, and I have a broken part. I have been trying to reach them, but have received no answer. They have started to ignore my emails. They have the worst customer support.

Despite multiple initial attempts by the service team to remote access and troubleshoot, the issue is not at all resolved. The machine (Rotimatic Next) still keeps giving errors and now the customer service team seems to be ghosting me by not replying to the chat. This is a 1600$ machine and we have barely used it for 3-4 months and it’s not working anymore. I even bought extended warranty but this is well within the first year of purchase.

She provided exceptional customer service and helped me resolve my concerns about the quality of my roti. She is highly professional and knowledgeable about the system, and she quickly resolved the issue without wasting time researching with outside sources or coworkers.

The machine did not work as expected, and made dry inedible rotis. Customer service has been terrible as well. I requested to return the machine in a weeks time of having it. This was in February, and the machine still sits at my home (late July). Do not get scammed!

Avoid Rotimatic. I ordered in January and paid extra for one-month delivery, but the machine wasn’t delivered until March. It stopped working in April after only a few weeks of use.

I was promised a replacement part within two weeks. It’s now July, and despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has arrived. No updates, no accountability, and no resolution.

Terrible product quality and absolutely pathetic customer service. Once they have your money, they simply don’t care. I still have a useless machine and no idea if or when it will ever be fixed.

Even one star is too much for Rotimatic Next. Worst product I have seen & extremely irresponsible customer service is another gem on crown. First product Rotimatic was far better and I used it for almost 10 years with good results. I don’t recommend Rotimatic Next.

My order is waiting for 12 weeks. Support disconnects chat moment my order number is mentioned n chat. Web site is down. No response for email either. Please don’t waste 2000-3000$ on them. They seem scam. Writing to Singapore authorities. This can’t go on in Singapore. May be an enquiry is on and business has closed. I’m trying to get my refund back

Littrely got tired of chasing customer service, month of chase and no solution to a simple warranty renewal.

->Rotimatic Next is a much better version of the older model. (I am a customer of Rotimatic since 2019-upgraded to Rotimatic Next in Dec 2025).
->Rotis are much softer and easy to maintain with the new machine.
->Very good support team- who help to solve any hardware/software issues remotely.
->Only area I hope the team improves is to cut short the timeframe to allot a support team and follow up if any issues arise. Currently, it takes about 3 + weeks to get the time slot with the support team.
->Keep up the great work Rotimatic Next Team.

I would give it zero stars if I could! For a $2000 purchase, the post purchase support is nonexistent! The dough catcher broke with hardly a couple months of use and it’s been more than a month of use trying to reach out for some guidance and support, with no response or follow ups from the company! Might as well have burned the $2000! Extremely disappointed and absolutely regretting the sunk investment.

Installations was a bit of hiccup. As the dough catcher was not fitting properly. Rotimatic team remotely accessed my machine and guided me through the process on chat.

If only I could give 0 stars. Placed rotimatic next order in March 2025 ( upgrade option from rotimatic order placed in January 2025) and received machine in June 2025. Within 6 months, catcher had issues. So ordered another one and that came after 1 month of waiting. And again same issue with new catcher. So involved support and they requested Machine replacement. I have been waiting for machine replacement since April 2026 and haven’t got any update. Reached out to support multiple time.

I wish I could give this company a zero.

I ordered a rotimatic on Feb 13th with an originally promised delivery date of April 26th. After several delays, I was fed up at the sheer lack of communication and when it came, it was like trying to untangle a spider's web or reading a complex cipher - as clear as mud. I eventually requested a full refund on June 26th and here I'm a month later and they still haven't refunded my money and of course I don't have a rotimatic still! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCOUNDRELS!

I would have given negative marks if I could. The company lies twice about delivery dates and yet no reply to my last email around 4 weeks ago. It's been almost 4 months since I placed order and have not received item. They are an extremely unprofessional bunch of people.

This has been one of the most frustrating purchases I’ve made.

I ordered my Rotimatic in January 2026, waited months for delivery, and finally received it in May. After only a few uses, the machine completely broke down. For a premium-priced appliance, that is simply unacceptable.

What has been even more disappointing is the customer service. I’ve followed up multiple times and still haven’t received a replacement shipping date or a clear timeline for resolution. The responses have been vague, with no sense of urgency or accountability, leaving me chasing updates for weeks.

Rotimatic promises convenience, but my experience has been the exact opposite. Instead of saving time, it has wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration. When you invest in an expensive product, you expect quality, reliability, and support if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, Rotimatic has failed on all three.

I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

I have had the worst possible experience from rotimatic.

I bought rotimatic next. It stopped working in 4 months. Then i have been waiting for 3 months already and support team tells me that they will take at least a month more to send me a replacement.

The support team is unresponsive. You have to follow multiple times in a week before you get a response.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ROTIMATIC NEXT! The product is not ready.
