I bought a Skoda Octavia from RS Motors in Redditch and I am very happy with my purchase. The car is spacious, reliable, and well-equipped. It has a smooth and powerful engine, a comfortable interior, and a large boot. It is also very economical and has low emissions.
The staff at RS Motors were very friendly and helpful. Rosie was my salesperson and she was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. She also gave me a fair price and a good part exchange deal. The rest of the team were also very courteous and efficient. They made the whole process easy and hassle-free.
I would highly recommend RS Motors to anyone looking for a quality used car. They have a great selection of vehicles and a high standard of service. STAY CLEAR OF THIS CAR GARAGE .... FALSE PROMISES, ADVERTISING A CAR THAT WASNT READY TO DRIVE , POOR COMMUNICATION, READVERTISING CAR FOR SALE EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE NOT RETUNED MONEY TO FINANCE COMPANY!!! COWBOYS

I never write reviews, but I know it was a big influence when looking to buy unseen.
Bought a Tiguan R line in October, was really unsure whether to purchase unseen as I live a few hundred miles away. Car was delivered and was better than I hoped. Had an issue with water pump but Rory was great, was told take it to my local garage get a quote and they paid in full no quibble including cam belt too. That for me was huge, thought it might be a massive battle with loads or emails and calls! I would recommend them 100%. In my experience buy with confidence.

Brought my vehicle into Steve and waited over 8 weeks to get my vehicle back .
His welding is much to be desired and over charged .
He became very aggressive towards me when I said he had quoted me £250 less .
Threatened to keep the vehicle if I did not pay and charge myself storage fees .
Very disappointed at his attitude.

Can not say a bad word about Rory & Kieran even the other team members that were around were helpful and respectful.

I saw a BMW online and gave them a call to which I made an appointment to view this car.
Upon arrival I was greeted by Kieran, to which we looked over the car and then went for a test drive. That was all I needed to finalise the purchase of my car.
The whole process ran smoothly, apart from me tripping up as I left there office, not funny at the time but all the lads thought it was… I’m 4ft with a heeled shoe… I can see the funny side.

Don`t be put off buy bad reviews on here..... let me explain!
I get in touch with RS Car Sales - Sandbach (not Nottingham, some of these bad reviews are a totally different garage based in Nottingham) They had a Audi on sale which i enquired about. during the process I looked up the reviews and I wobbled to the point that I cancelled my order after placing it. Rory called me personally and explained that a lot of these reviews are not them but in fact a different garage and to at least give them a chance to prove their service. I pushed very hard to test these guys out and I have received the car today which I purchased without seeing and trying and I would have to say its perfect. from the first call to the guy that delivered the car its been perfect service. I will be using them again when the need next arises. thanks guys.

Date is not accurate to my experience because my review is late but after reading the bad reviews I felt compelled to add mine.
I searched many places for the vehicle I wanted, found the vehicle here in emmaculate condition with very low mileage and they gave me the highest price for my part ex, now I'm into my 2nd year with this vehicle and it's running like a dream with no issues other than usual wear and tear and you'd also get that with brand new vehicles, so hat's off to these guys.
I don't get the bad reviews, I've had many cars from various car sales over the years and this experience was by far the best yet and I would buy from RS car sales again, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be selling exotic car's if they were as bad as the negative reviews would suggest, probably unreasonable customers who would complain about their car being wet if it rained.

NEVER BUY A CAR from here ... Nottinghams worst car dealers they will rip you off and they lie continually.... contacted the AA as they are an approved AA garage ....turns out legal action is on its way .

Avoid at all costs.
I purchased a car from here and was just completely money orientated.
Recently been made aware that my bumper had been screwed on underneath.
Steering column appears to have hot glue gun residue all over it on the side.
No aftercare and communication is absolutely diabolical.
Take your money elsewhere

I bought my new vehicle from these guys having being referred by a good friend of mine who has purchased multiple cars from these guys.

The experience from start to finish was absolutely faultless spoke to a gentleman called Rory and briefly to another guy called Tom who both worked together to assist me and make sure I was driving away in my desired vehicle.

I bought a car from these 2 weeks ago. I delay with Kieron who was ok to start with but was never available to speak when I called. The car was delivered and has 2 big scratches on it. I have been quoted £350 to have one fixed and the other they said is unrepairable. Rs car sales have not been getting back to me an I only managed to speak to Kieron as called under private number, or again like every other time “wasn’t available “ . They promised some money towards repairing the scratches after I said take the car back….this money never happened. I have chased an chased. Was told to “have a day off” by Mike last week. I think they are rude and unhelpful. Avoid

We bought a vw passat a week ago, should have trusted my gut, driver door wouldn't open and wing mirror was loose . They said they would fix it . Phoned the day after to say its was fixed.went and picked it up, drove the car for 3 days and the clutch went had to pay for recovery.
Phoned the garage they said they would fix it ......
Tried to phone several times they wouldn't answer !
Phoned them on a different phone ,they answered ! Funny that !.
So they are refusing to fix it ! Refusing to give us our money back ! Refusing to pay for the recovery !
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !
Biggest conmen going.
But they won't get away with it I assure you !

The whole experience was brilliant! From finding my dream car on the website (a lovely Mercedes A180 with an professionally fitted AMG body kit) to Kieran expertly handling me to completion in the sales office ;) what a lovely car, what a lovely company, what a lovely Kieran! Kieran Price is a top salesman. Wanted a GLC43 and he helped me work my way around the car showing me all its features and finance was so easy to set up left with the car on the same day! Can’t wait to take the family out in it! So happy with my new purchase

Came with warranty and a fresh service and M.O.T.
The staff were very polite and helpful, would definitely buy another car from rory and the team in the future!

Enquired about a BMW, within a week I was trading/part ex my car in and driving away in a premium BMW.

The aftercare has been great. Easy to contact and always at the end of a phone with no hassle.

I bought a BMW 135i from them car came in amazing condition and was beautifully valeted by their team of top-tier experts. the car drives insanely well and I could not be happier with my new car. Kieran was such a joy to deal with, a top salesman. Going to get another car when the time is right!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible just Terrible. Baught a fiesta from this company it lasted 6 months. 2 weeks after purchasing a cencer needed replaced. 2.5 months after purchasing the alternator went. 400 odd for a new one. 3 months after purchasing the break pads on all wheel's needed replaced. 6 months after purchasing the car was up for an mot and was written off. The whole bottom was practically wrecked around the break area. Guys at harlfords told me it would cost thousands more than it was worth. Please ask for proof as I'll post all the bills from the garages I've used just to keep it on the road for five and a half months. Cowboy company run by Cowboys. Please avoid this company and go to a bigger more reputable organisation that actually gives a damn. I hope they get investigated sooner rather than later as it criminal to sell cars in such conditions. If you want to develop a condition of absolute stress everytime you hear a bleep go ahead and and out your faith in these folk. I suggest you don't. One last thing. 2 months into the purchase I sent the guy an email saying do you have a garage to look the car its constantly getting sent to the garage. The reply which is still in my emails pretty much called me a keyboard warrior and I knew what I was getting into. AVOID.

Great company to deal with, helpful and honest throughout. On delivery of the vehicle I noticed some damage to one of the door cards, upon letting Rory know he advised I could get the repair done locally he would cover the cost. I booked in the repair a month or so later, and true to his word payment was received within minutes of giving them my bank details. Great service, highly recommend you check out their website.
