Stay clear! We paid for test to release on day 5 but didn’t receive our results until day 7. I say ‘our’ results but my wife’s arrived 7 hours later. On top of this, they never answered the phone. I would have happily paid extra to receive the results back sooner with another company. Happy to delete this review if given some sort of refund. 👎

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered Day 2 test kit when Portugal was on the GREEN list. However, when it changed to AMBER, I tried to contact them, both by email - one initial acknowledgment of the email I had sent. Nearly one month later and still nothing!!!!!!!!!!!. Tried by phone and line just goes dead!!!!!!!!!
Appalling service.

I have been waiting since Tuesday and its now Saturday for my day 2 result - i wish I had seen these reviews before I used this company

Ordered Day 2&8 test kits.
Delivery was made in good time.
Day 2 test results came through on time.
However, the day 8 tests show 2 experiences,
1) my test result came through after 13 days in quarantine
2) my wife’s test result still has not arrived, some 9 days after the test was taken and posted.

Help from this organisation ?
Try contacting them, neither mails made through their web site or sent via your own email provider are answered. Telephone? You like hanging on waiting for someone to answer? Perfect, you get my drift.

Honestly spoken, I cannot believe the UK Government allow organisations like this to appear on their list of recommended PCR Test kit .
BE WARNED - OTHERWISE YOU MIGHT ALSO BE A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

An agent of this company (Shaz) was very helpful and resolved my late delivery (4 days delay) of my day 5 test. I hope to receive my results within the next couple of hours.

This is an amazing service and such dedicated staff in the admin team. Two admin staff members named Jay & Rosie were absolutely amazing and provided the best possible customer service. I will be enjoying my holiday to Mallorca due to these two friendly and helpful staff members. I ensure they will be a positive impact on the company.

Don’t use this company. I posted my day 2 test on Monday 28th June at the same time as my husband’s test. He received his negative result in 24 hrs. I am still waiting for my result. I have emailed NT diagnostics, no response. I have called and it rings out. I have test and trace people calling daily to check my day 2 results, all very stressful. If I could get some feedback from NT diagnostics I would feel better but I’m not going to hold my breath!

The good: test arrived super quick once ordered

The bad: My results took 3 days to come back and I had to fill in a contact form to request them when they should have taken 24hours or less to get to me.
The instructions on the packaging were not very clear and there was an item (bag) missing from my kit.

The good again: Once I contacted them to say I had not recieved my results, I promptly recieved them

Had a two and eight day test package delivered, day two was fine, but sent my day 8 back on the 24th of June, still not had my results and its the 2nd of July now, supposed to be 48 hours?

Appalling service. unable to reach them on phone as either engaged or on hold for hours. Incomplete test kits, no results for days. Sent 30 emails literally begging for results. Lost a days work because 5 day test and release not back. Now trying to get a refund as they did not provide the service I paid for. Guess what - no reply from my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Lost day 5 test, then sent me someone else’s results after saying I’d given the wrong email address, then lost day 8 results even after confirmation they had received them, sent me someone else’s results again (different person) then said I hadn’t filled in a form properly (but was ok for the other 3 tests!!!) I wouldn’t waste your hard earned money on this company as there are plenty of others more competent. Don't chance it.

The tests for day 2 & 8 were delivered well before we arrived in London at our quarantine address. The results for both test were in time. For day 8 already at the end of day 9. So this has been a very good experience and good value for money. Thank you RT diagnostics, well done!

I seriously expected the worse from this company, given the reviews. But I’ve found them to be excellent! Day 2 results came on the Tuesday after posting on the Sunday (I do not know if there was a collection from my priority post box on a Sunday so not sure if it took 24 hrs or not. However day 2 are irrelevant really). I posted day 5 on Tuesday morning and got results at around midnight last night (Wednesday)- brilliant as it means I can go to work today! Day 8 will be meaningless now so happy to review before then. Maybe some of the negative reviewers here just didn’t really know how to register and then view the results? And no, I don’t work for them, I work in a shop 😊

I had a query related to the late release of test results for two of my family; Shaz sorted this out over the phone and I had the results within a couple of hours. Polite and helpful.

I booked a 5 day test with RT Diagnostics.
The package was delivered on time before departure.
I completed the 5 day test and returned via a priority post box as stated on the information sheet. I received the negative test result the next day at 4pm by e-mail.
I read the negative feedback on this company after purchasing and was concerned but couldn't wish for better service.

Absolutely atrocious service all round. All of my tests including my day 5 test to release took at least 6 days to come back. This meant I couldn’t return to work in the NHS as planned and instead was sat on the end of the phone trying to get my result. The phone line was essentially continuously engaged. After emailing several times I have heard nothing. Total waste of money and certainly not the service advertised. I am shocked they are allowed to continue providing tests. Alex

Probably one of the worst places I have ever encountered! I called them for two days straight to get the test results. I think in total I was on hold for more than 8 hours!! BUT when I managed to speak to someone the agent Mishaal was amazing and sent me the results straight away! She even gave me her email address so I didn't have to go through this again for day 8 results. Overall, I would not go back to this company.

I ordered from RT diagnostics the kit day 2 and 8 and also day 5 test to release.
I got the swab kits 2 days after ordering online. The swab results were sent to my email in less than 12h after the lab received the swab.
What delayed the day 5 was the royal mail. I put the swab in the priority mail box but its only collected in the end of the day and delivered next working day.

The negative thing is RT diagnostics are a bit difficult to contact. Tried to call them because they didn’t send me an envelope with the priority label inside one of the swab kits and I was holding for more than 1h30. Email them 2x and eventually they called me back.
