Today is day 8 but still waiting results from day 2 test. Called to chase yesterday and was assured it would be emailed by the end of the day. Received nothing so am trying to call them again today but no luck. After I select any option, the phone line is just quiet!?!?!?!

I have now several times written to all available e-mail addresses I have from RT Diagnostics, and i receive no response. There are no other possibilities to contact the company. The service i purchased has never been delivered, and the company does not even reply.

I had a great experience with RT diagnostics, which I was surprised about given the reviews here! Kits were waiting for me when I arrived in the uk, results within 24 hours of them receiving them. I also did test to release and so was worried about timing, but even though I did test to release on a Saturday I got the result Monday evening, which is much faster than most. I’d recommend them as cheap and efficient. Dont forget to activate the tests when you send them though or you won’t get any results.

Incompetent crooks, and so many of us have fallen into their trap!
The only good thing was that I managed to get two more reference numbers to put on my next locator forms, so no tests to buy!....Gosh, I feel like a hypocritical politician!!

Quick delivery of kits - very poor delivery of results. Day 2 test was 5 days late and day 8 test is already 8 days late. No customer service, no replies on email or on contact page - very very poor. I expected them to be a reputable company endorsed by HMG i was clearly wrong

Got my day 2 test result on the 4th day (great) but I’m still waiting for my day 8 test result - I finished my 10 day quarantine on 18th June.
It’s virtually impossible to reach out to them on the phone, eventually managed to get a response via email (“ Your results should be with you soon”) but still, no test results.
NEVER-AGAIN.

I used RT diagnostics for my day2,5 and 8 tests. I recieved my day 2 results the next day, my day 5 test results were received on day 7 and my day 8 test results haven't returned and I am already beyond day 10. They do not respond to emails and they never answer their phones. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes without response each time I have called.

Waiting for day 8 results after 2 days.. need to go back to work!
Reading other reviews I concur.. don’t use. To hell with them. I will do a lateral flow test and unquarantine myself.

I paid for the day 2 and 8 covid test, it was the cheapest I could find at the time though still expensive. The results don't come back within 24hrs as they promise, so if you need an urgent "fit to fly" certificate I would not recommend trying them as the result will most likely come back late.

They assure the test results will be sent in 24 hours after they receive the samples - Completely false. Zero responses when you send a contact form through their website and I spent like 20 minutes on the phone until I gave up.

The product was " returned to sender" they posted it two weeks before I arrived in the UK. So far I am two days behind my 2 and 8 day test. The service is diabolical I have been on the phone for more than one hour there was a remark push any number and I can leave a message (this was after 20 minutes) totally untrue. I was put back in the loop and the call system began again. I don't want to be ageist but the director is 24 and appointed on the 21st of May stay well clear of this company.

Terrible company. Did my day 2 test and was unable to Register my test. My test kit was also missing several different things that we’re supposed to come. Same thing happened to 2 other people I traveled with.

Still waiting for test results long after 48. They state "we will guarantee to give you a result within 24 hours." This is a lie.

[update] … and still waiting today 5 July ..
I guess this is a refund :)

So Day 8 was 23 June ... and I'm still waiting for the results. 5 days later. Have you heard of customer service RT Diagnostics ?

Do not use this company. Claims to get your results back within 24 hours. NOT TRUE.
I did the day 2 and day 8 PCRs.
Day 2 results come back 24 hours late.
Day 10 and I still did not have my results from day 8. Spent the whole day trying to get through to them on the phone, email and FB messenger. No one answered or responded.
Day 11- morning. Still did not have my results. I spent 3 hours on the phone/sending emails that morning. 1 and half hours on hold. Spoke to 2 people and said they would call me back within given time. Originally told me that I would get my results by the end of the day. I told them this is not acceptable. I want my results now. Someone finally called me back at 11.10 stating my results were on the system.
Personally I know 3 other people who used this company and had the same issue.

BE AWARE THIS COMPANY IS NOT EFFICIENT AND HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE. My phone calls kept me hanging on for hours, quite often they get answered and then hang up on you. There are very poorly trained customer service people with terrible rapport. The promised results are permanently reported to be ‘in the lab’. They didn’t lose our tests, hurrah, but the delay was immense. I am not sure why the company won this contract from the government. Surely some connection with a member of the government. Look at Companies House data and see how the contract was only recently granted, directors have come and gone …. draw your own conclusions. I won’t be using them again.

I would give this rating no stars. But that was not an option very poor service they do not fulfill the obligations as written in this statement. I purchase the second an eight day test. I received my second day test I’m still awaiting the results of my eight day test after numerous emails asking me to provide my barcode which IProvided on every occasion to date I still have not received the information I would not recommend this service. I ended up having to go to another company

Do not use!!!

Ordered the day 2&8 on the 11th June 5 days before my father’s flight back
No email confirmation or reference number! This was needed for the form for the flight back.
I emailed, FB messaged and tried calling with no luck it left me with no choice I had to order elsewhere
Out of pocket and Still to this day no email from them or refund! Total scam! With poor customer service it’s shocking how the Gov website would recommend this shocking company!

I've been trying to contact R T Diagnostics for over a week now. I needed an urgent response and have had nothing. Crickets.
The positive reviews must be from friends or paid individuals... shocking. And a provider through the government's obligatory list of test providers. Bloody joke.

Very poor service. Kits arrived OK, but still waiting for my day 8 results, they were sent last week. Tried the instant support - no response. Spent over an hour on the phone so far and getting no where.
