Purchased an item from Rugby Heaven through Decathlon's website. The item has not been received. Royal Mail tracking proves this. They are not helping and are not interested in refunding.

Edit: they now claim that this review does not belong to them. As stated, the product was dispatched by Rugby Heaven, having purchased through Decathlon's website.

Great customer service, ordered online 5 days before xmas to collect instore and because they didn't have it in stock in my local store, it would of had to of been sent there bur they couldn't guarantee it would get there by xmas eve so sent it straight to my home address.

Really struggled to find a good Christmas gift and the boys in the shop were so helpful. Even when i took a long time to decide they didn’t rush me. Brilliant prices too!

J'ai commandé 2 sweat le 02/12/24, aucun suivi de commande donc j'envoie un mail où on m'envoie un numéro et où on me dit que ca va arriver.
Société basé à Dublin mais quand on regarde le numéro de suivi, le colis part d'Asie ! 1er 😡. Le colis fini par arriver le 28/12. J'ouvre le colis, 2eme 😡 1 seul sweat, le deuxième absent. J'envoie un nouveau mail où on me dit que le produit était en rupture au moment de l'envoi.... ça aurait été bien de prévenir!!!!!😡😡😡
J'ouvre le sweat arrivé, sac adidas, toutes les étiquettes adidas, mais je doute fortement ! Il est pas plus épais qu'un polo avec une qualité déplorable avec un effet plastique. 3eme😡. J'envoie un nouveau mail où mon correspondant ignore complètement mes remarques sur la qualité désastreuse de leurs produits.

Spent a lot of time looking for a pair of Asics Novablast 5 running trainers in a fairly uncommon colour and stumbled upon Rugby Heaven who had the shoes in almost every size in stock and around 10% under RRP. The trainers were out of stock in this colour in all the usual online sports shops/running shops so after a bit of research into Rugby Heaven and seeing they have a couple of shops in the UK I went for it. I ordered late in the evening on Friday 20th Dec with Standard free delivery (thinking no chance of getting them by Xmas Day with only two working days to go). The shoes arrived first thing on Monday 23rd Dec and they are spot on. Great service, great price and great stock. Will recommend and use again!

Besides, they have offers in their web and when you add the item to the basket they change or disappear.

Not a problem with Rugby Heaven as such but the products and their sizings are appalling.......ordered a shirt for my son for his birthday in a L as this is his normal size. Too small so had to return and we had to pay for the return. This happened again with a XL and a 2XL. So gave up in the end as it was £4.99 for delivery and £3.00 ish to return......we've lost £24.00 just in delivery charges and still my son didn't get a shirt! Will not be using Rugby Heaven online again.

Rugby heaven Cwmbran were very accommodating today, very helpful and very friendly. Ensured we didn't spend what we didn't need to. Will 100% be back, the deals on the kids rugby boots and free jackets were fantastic. Thanks again 👏🏻

The printing of the sponsor cracked you cant see it from far but it cracked before it's first wash. The country it was made in might be poor but I don't expect the quality to be

Boots worn out and split after 8 months! Won't exchange won't refund !!!
Definitely take notice of others reviews to before you buy from this so called rugby boots company !!! Crap

The £75 Canterbury rugby boots I bought for my son split after only being worn twice. I reported the damage to customer service who were slow to respond. When they did eventually reply it was to say that rugby is a contact sport so there was nothing they could do. After reading all the 1-star reviews I now realise that this is what they tell all the customers who complained about the quality of the boots they'd bought, I wish I'd read the reviews before buying - don't make the same mistake I did.
