The £75 Canterbury rugby boots I bought for my son split after only being worn twice. I reported the damage to customer service who were slow to respond. When they did eventually reply it was to say that rugby is a contact sport so there was nothing they could do. After reading all the 1-star reviews I now realise that this is what they tell all the customers who complained about the quality of the boots they'd bought, I wish I'd read the reviews before buying - don't make the same mistake I did.

The website has a problem with some items on sale, once you add them to the cart, the discount on them disappears. I reported the problem to the support but they said it was the currency change but it is not true because the increase did not correspond to the currency change. The icing on the cake when the package was delivered to me the customs made me pay 53 euros more on delivery unexpectedly. I often buy online abroad and this is the first time it has happened to me. I asked for a refund but nothing. As far as I'm concerned I will never buy from this site again.

Made an order on Amazon for size 13.5 football trainers in black, they sent white ones in size 11 and now are refusing to take the item back. They willingly saw that the item was the wrong size and tried to send it anyways to turn a profit. I will never be using them again.

Have used once and doubt I would buy from here again.

I’d give zero stars if it was possible. I purchased a pair of Adidas boots for over £100 and in less than 4 months one had split at the sole. With two boys playing rugby, I’ve 10 years of caring for boots behind me, and I’ve never had this happen. Rugby Heaven slowly replied to each email, after several days of chasing each time, continually asking for more information, more photos, more information and more photos. I obliged every time only to be told it was my fault and I’d not cared for them correctly. Interestingly, I care for them in the way recommended on their website, but they refuse to believe me. I still had one perfectly good boot, and Rugby Heaven had not even seen the boots, so how they came to this conclusion is beyond me. I’ll never use them again. Their customer service is absolutely awful.

Especially the tracking was good and the delivery was good and on time

Ordered online paid £4.99 postage only to wait over a week and then receive a postage fee of £3.50 from royal mail. When i contacted them to get this refunded i was told its not their fault contact royal mail. Very poor customer service!

Bought boots for my son which split along sole and upper within 3 months. Tried to get replacement and sent boots back for review. Prior to sending they asked for various photos which I supplied and it was clear from an internal e-mail, which was included in a response to myself, that they decided from the outset not to replan the boots. Thy claimed 'due to the smell of the boots' they deduced they had not been cleaned and dried properly. Perhaps they expect rugby to be played on bone dry pitches and 16 year olds to have nice smelling feet. I know the boots were cared for properly and not left to rot in a sports bag. If thy had last a season OK but not 3 months. Won't be using this company again.
