Bought boots for my son which split along sole and upper within 3 months. Tried to get replacement and sent boots back for review. Prior to sending they asked for various photos which I supplied and it was clear from an internal e-mail, which was included in a response to myself, that they decided from the outset not to replan the boots. Thy claimed 'due to the smell of the boots' they deduced they had not been cleaned and dried properly. Perhaps they expect rugby to be played on bone dry pitches and 16 year olds to have nice smelling feet. I know the boots were cared for properly and not left to rot in a sports bag. If thy had last a season OK but not 3 months. Won't be using this company again.

Bought a gift for Christmas for my partner, that was to small took it back for a bigger size which they didn't have, that's fine I thought id grab a refund and shop elsewhere, to my suprise they refused a refund and only offered a credit note, that was no good to me I don't even live local.
I won't be shopping there again absolute abysmal returns policy unhelpful staff.
So my advice if your buying a gift shop elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quick delivery. Normally something ordered from the UK is a lengthy wait time. Nice that the cost of item was in CAD. Unfortunately, FedEx is pretty incompetent and it took a while for us to get pick-up.

Absolutely atrocious customer "service". Currently refusing to refund my order correctly, trying to argue their terms mean they don't have to comply with the law. Avoid at all costs.

I messed up my delivery address on checkout and the Rugby Heaven team was very helpful in getting the delivery address changed and rerouted!

I would recommend these guys I placed my order the very next day the shirt I ordered was delivered very fast delivery and for a very reasonable price.

Poor returns process.
Faulty rugby boots. Despite detailed photos and descriptions outlining the issue, a refund would not be granted until the boots were examined in person. I even offered to purchase another pair of boots pending the return of the faulty boots so my son could keep playing, so long as they could confirm they would make a refund once the faulty boots were returned. Rugby Heaven declined this.
I will not be purchasing from this company again! Be warned

Number 1 the price. My children will appreciate me not spending too much of their inheritance. 🤣.
Delivery was very speedy. What else is there to say.

AVOID COMPANY!

£130 boots have broken after one use, emailed customer service- didn't get a reply for 5 days and then have been told its unfortunately the 'fault of a stud' and nothing to do with the boot and the company won't refund or exchange the item. If I could give a 0 star review- I would. I would avoid this company at all costs.
