I see we all have had similar frustrating experiences. My car has been used while I was away as well and I also have got a fine notice for the time I was away which means they use our cars while we are away. I wonder if anybody sued them ? I am seriously thinking because they are breaching the rules so confidently !

Apart from having to chase around the car park at 6am to find one of their operatives, my car was obviously used whilst I was away, things were stolen from the car and I have now received a parking fine because one of their drivers tried to tailgate out of the car park. The website is also dead so I have no idea who to contact and the site I booked through says it is nothing to do with them. Stay clear of these people!

Avoid at all cost! If i could give them zero stars i would.
Horrendous service - Rude staff.
Between the drp off and collection i made about 50 calls trying to get throigh to them.
Recieved a penalty notice from Stansted a week after arriving home. Safe Meet and Greet have ignored all calls and emails - No active website

Where do I start? They turned up 90 minutes late at drop off point. After numerous calls chasing them I was about to call it a day and drive home and miss our break. I spoke to a guy walking past that looked like he had slept in his clothes and unbelievably this was the person who I would hand my beloved car over to!
I was apprehensive about the car collection and thought about it numerous times over my holiday, but it arrived roughly 45 minutes after the call.

I have now received a £60 fine for my car being used the day before we flew home. The rat tailgated someone out of a car park to avoid paying. I appealed this but was told as it is my car it is my responsibility! I have attempted to send the fine to their company email address but received an undeliverable response.
Please save yourself a lot of stress and anxiety and avoid this company like the plague.

So not use this company. I had to wait and hour to pick my car up and an hour for it to be dropped back to me after my midnight arrival back to the airport
Half a tank of petrol had been used and my passenger seat was reclined. Trying to call them they don’t pick up or put the phone down
I also had to pay £23 on arrival to the airport and £13 exiting the airport
I then got a parking fine for £60 from stanstead airport.
I kept calling them and was told that my car had been parked in a priority bay by their driver
Stanstead airport said this happens all the time
I am trying to get my money back from them and will be reporting it as a crime

like the others nobody answered the phone 30 minutes before arrival and nobody was there at the meeting point either

the number they gave me to call that didn't work last week is now working this week however they are now calling themselves Executive meet and Greet !!!!

The number the give you never answers, mailbox is full so can’t leave a message. 07563870088 Took over an hour to arrive on arrival after spending 20 mins trying to get through it took an hour to deliver the car. This is not Meet and Greet . Avoid sage at all costs. One family had been waiting 2 hours . They weren’t as fortunate as us as we got through to the number eventually , they had to grab a driver to help them. Still waiting over an hour after grabbing the driver. They had 4 young kids with them! Others around had same experience . Avoid at all costs

These people are thugs, absolutely rip off. Waiting for for car around an hours, it was late absolutely bad service. Never recommend these meet and greet. They should be prosecuted.

Utter c**p, they charged me extra and ended up getting a parking fine from the airport because they tailgated out of the carpark without paying. now I am left with a bill. I called them 8 times no time was the manager there. They refused to help me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This was the worst parking experience I have ever had. When I arrived at the car park on 24/05, I was supposed to be taken to the airport but ended up having to pay £25 for a taxi just to make my flight.Coming back was even worse.On 31/05 I waited over an hour for my car, only to find out my car keys had been stolen while in their possession. The staff were completely unhelpful and refused to assist me. Since then, they have ignored every single email and phone call I’ve made. Disgraceful service, do not trust them with your car

I used these when I flew to Santorini for 2 weeks on 6th May
When I got home we had received a ULEZ fine of £90 as my vehicle had been used without me knowing and photo proof of it travelling in a ULEZ zone which is at least 50 miles from Stansted Airport I tried to get it resolved but was fobbed off by the company, Stansted airport itself didn't want to know poor customer service typical of blaming others yet they authorise these meet and greet companies to operate at the airport
SO BE AWARE AS IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THESE COMPANIES YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE IF PROBLEMS ARISE AS YOU HAVE HANDED YOUR VEHICLE KEYS TO THEM SO THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY LIKE AND GET AWAY WITH IT ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

As with so many other reviewers, if there were minus marks this company would qualify for that. We booked a holiday with parking at Stansted from this company.

The instructions stated we should call when we were half an hour away. My wife tried 60 times and could not get through. We went to the car park in which we were meant to meet them so I had to pay £13 for access to that area that we then couldn’t use.

We had to pay £240 for parking in a different area. This was a couple of hours before our flight and there was a real concern we would not find any parking at all.

Their communication since has been non-existent despite attempted phone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages.

They are clearly a scam company. Strongly recommend you don’t risk using them.

Absolutely terrible service and the complaint email and website don't work. I was just relieved to get my car back eventually, although they dumped it in a differnt part of the car park and put the key on the wheel - not really Safer Meet and Greet. I am putting a dispute through my credit card to get the money back, absolutely awful.

I booked smartmeetandgreet at Stansted airport through comparemyparkingdeals for a very early flight so booked to drop the car off in the Orange zone outside the terminal for 4.30 in the morning. On approaching the airport and calling the phone number provided in advance as advised there was no response, we called several times and texted a message. The operator did not pick up the phone or respond. In the end we tried to use mid-term parking but the price for our one week holiday would have been exorbitant and in any event you needed to book in advance. We went to the long term parking and ended up having to book a place in the long term car park on our phone causing further delay. Then getting the bus to the terminal and as our flight was at the far gate we had to run. All very stressful when you include the baggage security checks. We were lucky and just caught our flight. I sent a message to the company through their portal immediately but never received a reply whilst we were away. On my return I contacted American Express as this was the card payment I used and they refunded the meet and greet fee immediately. I would steer completely clear of this business and make sure you use a reputable and reliable meet and greet service. In fact check the reviews before placing an order. I have used meet and greet at various airports for many years and this is the first incident I have had where it didn't work.

DO NOT BOOK! They broke my car by driving it over the curb, left the key on top of the wheel so they didn’t need to hand it back to us, and now we have received a parking ticket for whilst we were away on holiday. Absolute bunch of criminals. We will be reporting to the police.

Over 30 minutes waiting for someone to turn up on departure despite calling 30 minutes before arriving

No identification or anything of who the person was - could have been a random person trying to take my car for all I knew

Car delivered 47 minutes early without any warning. My flight was also delayed so combined I had to pay £25 for parking. Why take the flight number if you're not going to wait until it actually arrives?

Car delivered filthy and alloys scuffed

Someone was smoking in my car and ash was left on the seat. Car smelt like cigarettes. Ash also on the back central foot rest

The driver had logged into my audi MMI system and logged me out

Money stolen from the central console

Key just left on the tyre with the end of the key visible. Any thief could just be keeping an eye on cars arriving in the car park and see a key being left

Very low short term fuel consumption so whoever was driving was driving like a lunatic.

Random receipts left in my car for another customer showing her name and phone number which is a data protection breach

Literally no response from them regarding complaints either and it seems the owners are being investigated by the police already.

I wish Trustpilot did minus star reviews as this company does not deserve even a one star!! I cannot stress enough DO NOT USE this company. Car returned with no fuel, extra 159 miles on the clock, absolutely filthy inside and out. Looked like someone had been camping out in my car. No response from company by phone, email, letter. When you do get an answer on the phone amazingly they can’t speak English!!

Absolute cowboys. Arrived late when dropping the car off so went over the 30 minute time and had to pay £21.

On return, found my car was in the same spot I left it but with the chars reclined. Not sure if they left it there all week, drove it or slept in it. They them couldn’t find the key and we waited 2.5hrs in the cold and rain with 3 small kids. Never call back when they would.

Finally got the car back when I have them 10 minutes more or I was getting an Uber and calling the police to report my car stolen.

Actual experience on collection and delivery not to bad although to say its a 'meet and greet' service is a stretch of the definition.
However when I returned from holiday a received a parking offence charge notice proving my car had been used without my permission or knowledge.
This company had used my car the day BEFORE my return and 'tail gated' to avoid paying a parking fee.

Drop off was abysmal, pick up was over an hour despite the booking confirming a 30 minute wait.

Comms were awful, drivers unbranded and NOT RECOMMENDED!

Says 5* on the compare parking website, which is obviously a blatant lie.
