Our Galaxy z flip phone fail to charge…
Our Galaxy z flip phone fail to charge after two and a half years of purchasing...we have not yet finished paying for it...Samsung's guarantee is two years so this phone does no longer work....out of all the phones purchased throughout the years...this is the most expensive and the worst...will not buy Samsung and definitely not the flip again
accidentally purchased incorrect bezel…
accidentally purchased incorrect bezel size for my samsung TV frame. Unopened, and unused and they refused to exchange it for correct one. Online staff were rude and unhelpful.
Manager called me 10 days laterafter they refused request to connect me to one and was even more unhelpful and unwilling to exchange it.
wasn't asking for a refund, only change due to genuine error. Disgusting behaviour from a grown adult on how to deal with a customer
⭐ 1 STAR
⭐ 1 STAR — Extremely Disappointing Experience with Samsung
I ordered a Samsung Fold 8 Ultra from Samsung’s online store on 23 August, with the promised delivery date of 26 August. It is now 10 September, and I still have not received my order or, more importantly, any meaningful update about where it is.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is Samsung’s complete lack of communication and accountability. I have contacted customer service multiple times, and every single time I receive the exact same scripted response: “We apologise for the inconvenience. Your case has been escalated to a case manager, and you will receive a response within 7–10 business days.”
That is not customer service.
I have been given no useful information about the status of my order, no explanation for the delay, no estimated delivery date, and no indication that anyone is actually taking ownership of the issue. I am simply being told to wait another 7–10 business days every time I call.
I understand that delays can happen. What is unacceptable is keeping a paying customer completely in the dark and repeatedly giving generic responses instead of providing a proper resolution.
I ordered directly from Samsung because I expected a reliable experience from a major global technology company. Instead, I have spent weeks chasing Samsung for information about an order that should have arrived on 26 August.
If Samsung cannot deliver an order on time, the least they can do is communicate honestly, provide accurate updates, and take responsibility for resolving the issue. Instead, I am being passed around with no answers.
Extremely frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable. Samsung needs to seriously improve its online order support and customer service.
SAMSUNG! RIOT IN HELL!!!
Samsung is the definition of piece of shit corporate America, I had a Samsung S 20 plus. Nothing wrong with it still looked brand new, that piece of shit company Samsung made me get a new phone, because they quit updating my home! This place needs to be boycott THEY WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN!!!!
9-week warranty delay on flagship…
9-week warranty delay on flagship 65-inch 95C OLED TV.
I am sharing my experience regarding the warranty service for a flagship Samsung 65-inch 95C OLED TV to help other consumers understand the brand's repair process. My TV experienced a technical failure, which resulted in a 9-week process involving four separate technician visits:Visit 1: Technicians assessed the TV but the issue remained unresolved.Visit 2: After a 1.5-week delay waiting for parts to arrive, components were replaced. The TV failed again within one hour of operation.Visits 3 & 4: Additional service visits were scheduled, but technicians were unable to successfully repair the unit.Throughout this 9-week period, Samsung declined to provide a replacement unit, despite the extended timeframe. Escalation through the "Email the CEO" portal did not yield a resolution. At the conclusion of the 9 weeks, the resolution team offered a 10% discount voucher for their online store rather than a product replacement or refund.Ultimately, the retailer where the TV was purchased (JB Hi-Fi) intervened. Recognising the unreasonable delay under Australian Consumer Law guidelines, the store manager successfully resolved the matter by replacing the faulty unit with a 65-inch Sony Bravia.Based on this experience, the post-sale support for Samsung’s premium flagship line did not meet reasonable expectations for product reliability or timely warranty resolution.
After sale service
Should one really buy a Samsung refrigerator considering the after-sales service?
My Samsung refrigerator stopped working. It took 2 days for a technician to visit, who said the compressor needed replacement. 10 days later, we are still waiting because the compressor is “not available” — with no confirmed date for repair.
And this is Gurgaon. If Samsung cannot arrange a basic spare part promptly in a major city, what happens to customers in smaller towns?
It also makes me wonder — is the delay because the refrigerator is under warranty and the repair isn’t generating revenue?
A refrigerator is an essential household appliance. Nearly two weeks without one, and still no clear resolution, is simply unacceptable.
Samsung India, is this the after-sales service customers should expect?

One Ui 8.5 Update Battery Failure
One Ui 8.5 update caused massive drain and battery failure to my Samsung S23. I have spent hours working on solution to this, optimisation, clean-up, cache cleaning, battery status reset everything short of wiping the phone. Why roll out an update that bricks phones? Obviously has not been tested enough if it destroys my phone. Issue is all over YouTube with lots of videos covering the problem. Samsung support could offer absolutely nothing to help and didn't even know of the issue!? How can a company be that slow? You shouldn't have to be a software dev to get your phone working after an update. Useless is as useless does.
Non-existent customer care
If you have an issue with a Samsung phone and they ask you to submit the information via the Members APP, don’t do it. Find your nearest Samsung outlet and take it there. Five weeks ago I submitted call logs etc via the APP. I’m still waiting for a response. I’ve been told the Members APP is offshore and it’s unlikely they’ll respond with anything useful. Samsung’s customer care is non-existent.
Faulty Software
Samsung pushed a faulty firmware update to my HW-Q990D soundbar and now the soundbar randomly drops out and loses audio for a minute or more at a time. The update was pushed automatically to the device with no approval from myself. Reddit and community posts show that this is a wide spread issue with zero acknowledgement from Samsung. Samsung's own customer support agent deny that there is a problem, and people who have paid to have their devices "repaired" are getting them back with the same faulty firmware pre-loaded.
Nothing but faults
Both Samsung TV and Mobile have had nothing but problems and bugs. Their customer service has done nothing other than try and upsell more of their products.
I'll never touch another Samsung product.
Samsung may have good products but have terrible after sales service...
Brought a Samsung air conditioner in October last year which developed a fault well within the warranty period.
While that can happen to any brand, Samsung has so far been an utter disappointment with their concept of service. Don't waste your time lodging a request for service via their Smart Things app as they will not action it. I don't know why there's an option for this on the app.
You will eventually be directed to lodge a service issue by their 1300 numbers (and good luck in finding the right number). We are now in the second week and still waiting for a response.
Samsung used to be good but clearly do not care anymore. This debacle has put us off buying a Samsung product again.
85” Samsung (Q85QN)
We purchased an 85” Samsung (QA85QN800AWXXY) in 2023. Last month the screen started to delaminate in the bottom corner. Samsung has just informed us that no remedy will be taken due to physical damage. This is absolute garbage and to be honest I expected more from a company of their reputation. We purchased this tv as a top of the range product and to only see 3 years (no we didn’t do anything to the screen) is horrendous and Samsung have wiped their hands from us.
We are speechless and cannot be any more disgusted in there lack of customer care.
We will NEVER purchase another Samsung product again. Shame on them for happily leaving loyal customers out to dry. DISGUSTING behaviour.
Friends don't let friends buy Samsung products
I bought a brand new $893 washing machine for from Samsung in October 2025, but it has had a persistent issue from the start. When I run a cycle it will suddenly start draining itself and won't restart until I press a button. In July 2026, I tried to contact Samsung about getting it repaired, as it's still in warranty. Just like everyone else in these reviews, the customer service has been terrible - I've been trying to contact them for a month, sent them proof of purchase, pictures of the error code, etc. When I call them, the calls just drop, their customer service people say they will escalate my case, and then don't. They told me I have to pay $90 (10% of the purchase price!) because the repair people won't come look at it if it has a dryer on top. I can't unstack these machines myself, and I said that Samsung should pay the $90. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen - they sold me a malfunctioning washer machine, and are telling me I have to pay to fix it. Samsung do the right thing and pay the $90.
Poor customer service about fridge…
Poor customer service about fridge warranty
Almost Non-Existent Customer Service from Global Brand Samsung
Impossible to call the company or get through to the 24/7 live chat on the website. The automated webchat robot displays limited options. The automated phone bot is no help. The "request a call back" form couldn't be completed.
I finally got through to a chat system on my mobile via their sprinklr system. Certainly creates a very poor user experience.
Terrible experience with Samsung!
Terrible experience with Samsung!
I ordered a 55" TV online, including installation. When the delivery driver arrived, he saw the wall-mounting bracket from my old TV and simply told me to contact Samsung’s wall-mounting team. He then took my old TV and left the brand-new TV sitting on the floor.
I contacted Samsung’s online chat, which was of very little help. I then spent a considerable amount of time on the phone, with different team members, only to be repeatedly told they have “limited resources” and that there was no manager available to speak with me.
The matter was eventually escalated to a case manager, who apparently will contact me within 7–10 business days. Only then will a technician be allocated — and I was told that could potentially take up to another month.
So, I’m now without my old TV, with my new TV sitting on the floor, despite having paid for installation as part of my original order. And there seems to be no urgency whatsoever to resolve the problem.
To make matters even worse, they wouldn’t even cancel the order and arrange a refund. I was told I have to wait for the case manager to contact me before that can happen.
This is simply not the level of service I expected from Samsung.
Next time, I’ll happily go to Harvey Norman, deal with a real person, pay for it, get it delivered and installed, and know exactly who I’m dealing with.
Sometimes, having a local person who can take ownership and responsibility for a problem is worth far more than dealing with a system where you are repeatedly told there are “limited resources” and left waiting weeks just to get someone to take responsibility.
Very disappointing, Samsung.
Samsung — never again.
Update:
Chocking!
I wish I watched the 2 years old Au Current Affairs report (on YouTube) before I placed the order.
Attempted to contact samsung
Attempted to contact samsung, having trouble with a television that is not working to specifications kept getting the phone call runaround and directed to a booking service for a follow up phone call, and of course they never came, a very low moral and deceptive way of not handling customer issues.
Only follow up should be to an ombudsman
Galaxy Tab
I'm currently away from my home for medical treatment. I purchased a Galaxy Tab A11 + from Office Work for entertainment whilst I having my treatment. I tried to use Smart Switch to transfer info from my Samsung phone. It won't allow me until I do an update on the Smart Switch app on the new tablet. It won't allow me access to the play store on the tablet as I only have access to wifi as a guest. I find it extraordinary and disappointing that a new Tablet would need this update. I therefore will not be able to use my new tablet until I return home after my treatment where I can access my internet
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. Had to call 10 times in the past 24 hours as they keep putting me through a loop. Every time I think the issue is almost sorted I call back and nothing has been done and I have to start all over again. Every call is minimum 1 hour long and never quite comes to a conclusion. It's to the point where it feels like they purposely make it difficult to push the customer away.
I hate Samsung
Recently purchased a phone online from an Australian registered business was notified by Samsung that I could purchase Samsung care. I purchased Samsung care now they are asking for a photo of the back of my phone which I have no idea how I'm supposed to do with only one phone.
They've asked for a copy of the invoice however my invoice does not show the IMEI number not my problem. In your paragraph and on their contact website page there is no way to email someone to request a refund for Samsung care
