Jordan arrived promptly to fix our macerator. He quickly identified the problem and removed what had blocked the mechanism.
He was very informative and answered all our questions as we have no previous experience of macerators.

Receptionist Olivia was very efficient clear and responsive in setting up the appointment. The accuracy of the appointment time was better than expected.
Paul the engineer did a very good job. He was knowledgeable, polite and had good communication skills fully explaining what he was doing. Completed the installation in an hour. Was very tidy and cleaned up any mess.

Great service. We had a broken macerator in one of our flats, Andy came out the same day and we had a new one fitted the next day. We did have to pay a deposit for the new macerator but I have no problem with that as we are new customers.

Engineer Craig was totally respectful of our property. He pinpointed the problem, showed me what it was and what needed to be done and then talked through all my options. Craig left the bathroom clean and tidy - he’s a credit to the company.

From contacting Olivia yesterday, Craig arrived this morning within an hours time slot. He was polite, knowledgeable and explained the problems of my 20yr old macerator. I agreed for him to replace it, fortunately he had one in his van.
Craig completed the work in a timely and efficient manner with no disruption or mess in my bathroom.
