I can’t fault my experience at all, fantastic from start to finish. My initial contact was with Olivia who was super helpful, understood exactly what I was explaining regarding the issues we were having. The call out was quick and I was informed along the way via texts the day before and an hour before the engineers arrival.
Craig was great, spent time working out what the problem was and showed me so I understood what was going wrong and what needed to be done.
Polite, knowledgeable, professional and you wouldn’t have known he had been here as everything was cleared and clean before he left. What a great experience!

This company is so well organised and helpful. They are able to provide services quickly and provide a good short window for appointments so that you’re not waiting in for a whole day. Rang yesterday regarding a macerator repair and had an appointment at 9am today. Problem rectified, prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. Can now use the downstairs toilet again

Friendly, prompt service from my initial enquiry to the completed repair of my Saniflo toilet. The engineer, Jordan Hughes, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty parts and left the toilet clean and tidy. All at a reasonable cost too.

Our Saniflo unit in a downstairs toilet was constantly flushing and whirring so called out the Saniflo Specialists. The problem was resolved quickly, the system cleaned and toilet re-plumbed with minimum disruption. The plumber was very professional and answered any questions we had about keeping the system problem free. We decided to take out macerator cover (there was no hard sell!) for future peace of mind. Can highly recommend.

Ethan came to help with a leak we had in our Sani Flo system and he was fantastic. Very professionally, knowledgeable and very speedy.

Very efficient pleasant engineer on time very satisfied

A bad experience. Friendly engineers but a call out to deal with macerator running randomly led to a leak from Saniflo toilet. Took 6 days for another engineer to come out. Their repair led to a worse leak. Had to pay an engineer registered on the Saniflo site to repair the leak and therefore paid twice. The company does not answer phone calls. They send automated texts saying they will call back. After I complained about the leak they caused and seemed unable to fix, asking for a partial refund, they ceased to respond at all. A very bad experience. I would not recommend this company at all.

Excellent customer service from the first phone call to completion of job. Friendly, professional and efficient. Craig was brilliant and fixed the appliance in under 30 mins leaving the bathroom spotless. I also didn’t feel at all as if I was being ripped off. Great job. Thanks
