A mark of a good local computing firm is one that you keep going back to. Steve and team has been supporting me and my micro business with my basic computing needs for 8 years. (Eight years, Steve!!) It's small things, from the original hunk of a machine I insisted on, to the better lighter-weight set up now, relevant software and security, etc. I highly recommend their great personable service for all needs.

What can I say.....new laptop and PC. The service they provide - transferring over data from old laptop and PC to new ones is a brilliant - then installing the new ones in your home......is exceptional.
On top of that the Customers Service - the friendliness and banter - is appreciated .
I have and will continue to recommend this Company to all my colleagues and friends.
Thank you for sorting everything for me.

I recently had to purchase a new desktop computer and found myself at SB computers.
From the moment I entered the store I was made to feel really important with Steve and his staff very attentive and sympathetic to my problems, offering sensible solutions and options.
having now purchased a new desktop I am absolutely amazed at the promptness and support offered .
Would urge any future customers to visit Steve in his showroom to experience the service and support offered.

Three years after my first review and have visited the store many times.
Still a wonderful service...feels like friends rather than shop staff.
Great knowledge of anything Computers.
Better than online because you talk to real people in a real place with full warranty back-up.

This place is great, SB helped me with diagnosing my hardware issues on multiple occasions and saved me a lot of headache.

Great disabled access too - which is really useful if you are carrying in a heavy tower pc in for inspection, I literally hit the large 'open door' button with my behind :)

Hopefully I don't have any hardware issues again, but if i do i am coming back to SB!

Took my Son's PC in with an issue which they resolved quickly and advised on upgrade path and costs.

They have a large & well stocked shop with pretty much everything you could ever need for your PC.

Good friendly service and reasonable prices.

Recommended!

The staff are very friendly. I was served by Gage who was very helpful and very efficient . I would recommend taking your computer there.

This is the second time I have visited and come away dissatisfied. I arrived at opening time with my PC and with no other customers present to ask about an internet speed problem. The staff gave the impression that they did not want the job as they were eating breakfast and my problem was almost certainly an isp problem. They refused to look at the PC and did not want to have their breakfast disturbed suggested I book it in for a 2 day turnaround which was unacceptable to me. I was hoping for a degree of service that I had received several times before but this was not going to happen. They seem to take delight in not having to deal with 'another customer'.
I would not employ them in my business.

My feedback was genuine and was how I felt after the visit. My impression of the visit was not good and as a result I should have left a 1 star rating but as I have had good visits previously I left a three star rating.
My PC problem has now been resolved by taking it to a business who treated the repair in a professional way and a timely manner.
