Resposta da SCENTIFY UK
Hi Susan, we are sorry you felt you needed to leave this review. You didn't pay the 1st customs and so your order was returned. We sent it out again (at our cost) and you didn't want to pay the 2nd customs either. We tried to explain that we don't set the customs charges, the government does. We thought we had reached an understanding and so we are sorry you felt you needed to leave this review.
