Would give them ten stars if I could. Best customer service. Communications, updates and speed if delivery is excellent. Moped is also very good. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the customer service agent who helped me - just want to say thank you!

Had my panther scooter for around 6 months and travelled over 4300 miles. No issues. Brakes, battery and tires all good. Have recommended loads of people. One happy customer.

Good well made scooter. Got rid of a vesta recently. This one is equally as good. Can tell that a lot of effort has gone into all design aspects of the scoiter. Good customers service from their team. Would 100% recommend.

I ordered a scooter on 27th August 2025 and paid in full. The colour I wanted was not in stock and the website stated that the ETA was October 1st. Bit of a wait, but fine.
3 weeks later, I hadn't heard anything further (which is slightly disconcerting when you've given them quite a lot of money), so on 16th September 2025 I emailed to ask if there were any updates and when I would receive a delivery date. They replied that it had been dispatched and I should hear from the courier shortly to arrange delivery. Fantastic, earlier than expected, so I started making sure I would be able to take a day off to take delivery.
By the Friday I hadn't heard anything from the courier, so I contacted them directly to see if they had any more info. They had no record of my shipment. So I got back in touch with Direct Bikes (you can't call them by the way, they just cut you off and tell you to email). They then told me it hadn't been dispatched and actually the ETA was now 25th October! They hadn't bothered to actually check my order info and on top of that, despite the fact that the ETA had changed by nearly a month and they have over £2k of my money they also hadn't bothered to contact and update me. They weren't apologetic in the least and just had a really weird attitude, I initially tried to make a complaint and then decided I had better just cancel my order because was not impressed with the customer service I had received. I did eventually get my money back, but it took weeks and only materialised after I had filled a chargeback with my credit card.

Also worth noting that the insurance company "Scoot scoot", who they recommend to use is actually owned by Direct Bikes. As copied from the bottom of the website: "Scooterinsurance.co.uk is a trading name of Direct Bikes (UK) Limited." Total conflict of interest.

Ive got a panther scooter a few weeks ago. I don't usually write reviews but thought I would ask I had such a good experience. It gets me from A to Z with zero stress. Very reliable and rides very well. Thanks everyone at direct bikes

Wonderful moped. Good experience ordering my sons moped. My son chsnged hi minda about which one he wanted... twice 🤦‍♀️ i emailed customer services about changing our order and they were extremely nice and patient. We got the moped on time and just what we wanted. Quality and price extremely good.

Ordered a 50cc panther scooter through their website on Wednesday I received a call next day to arrange my delivery. The girl in phone was polite and accommodating for delivery times. I work after 4pm each day and was not a problem to deliver before then. The scooter arrived in perfect condition the following day. The delivery driver even offered to unpack it for me. Riding it now for the last 7 weeks with no issues. I'm so pleased with the scooter and would use them again.

Love my scooter. Went for the Milan model. Arrived quickly. Very well made, ride is smooth, quiet and brakes work very well. Looks amazing when parked up. I would certainly recommend.
