Our buying experience was spot on the guy was so polite and friendly, and when we got our suite a few months later the delivery was top draw the two guys were great they respected our property and were done in moments. Excellent guidance in store, constant updates and an amazing delivery team who were outstandingly courteous and efficient.

The delivery team were friendly and did a good job, but the sofa itself was a bit disappointing. It arrived with some discolouration, and the decorative trim on one of the sofa legs had already come off, which isn't what I expected from a new sofa.

I also think the shop needs to pay more attention to the delivery details customers provide. I explained when I placed the order that access to my property would be difficult, but it didn't seem like that information was passed on. It made the delivery harder than it needed to be.

Gave notice of delivery early. Fine tuned deliver evening before. Arrived at allocated time and installed in good time. Checked all was working and cleaned up wrappers etc.

After a long day of looking for a new sofa, the wife and I were getting annoyed and bored. That was until we met James our salesman. After telling him the measurements of our living room and what we were looking for, James being the knowledgable, kind and professional person that he is, found us the perfect corner suite for our home. If ever we were looking again in the future, we will most definitely return. 5* service
