Sealed Units Direct Avaliações

I would recomend this company for the speed in manufacture and delivery of the seal unit, I would olso like to thank Vicky Neal for dealing with the delivery

The website was easy to navigate, order the sealed unit I needed and pay. This was the first time I had attempted to replace a 'blown' double glazed unit as a DIY job so was a bit anxious. I measured the unit and then ordered. 12 days later I received a call from Vicky, who was very friendly and helpful, to let me know the unit would be delivered the following day which it was. I fitted that afternoon and the window looks great. I would definitely use this company again.

All arrived, in good time, in good condition and to specification.
The extra follow up from Vicki to ensure satisfaction is a great touch too. Would absolutely recommend

From my initial enquiry, Vicky was prompt to reply with an acceptable quote which I immediately accepted. Once measurements of the shaped units I required had been confirmed, I made a call to Vicky who took payment and placed the order.
The units were delivered 10 days later, millimeter perfect.
I would highly recommend Sealed Units Direct. Great customer service and a product to match.
Many thanks to Vicky.

Excellent product and very good value for money. Vicky very helpful after I had provided the wrong dimensions and replaced the wrong unit with a large discount. Highly recommended.

From the outset our interaction with the company, and Vicky in particular, was very positive in spite of our somewhat complex request.

Great service and communication from Vicky, we will be getting more orders from here for future projects.

I was able to obtain a competitive quotation on line, order and pay for it easily and without fuss.
The units were delivered promptly and without issue
The quality of the units exceeds that of other manufacturers I have used in the past.
Vicky’s customer support was excellent, she organised delivery and contacted me to advise on the date, received an email to ask if everything had been delivered and was I happy.
Excellent all round and I will recommend their service to others.

Stumbled across these guys searching for replacement double glazing panes. Glad I stopped, as prices were great value. As this is DIY do double check how to measure. I would 100% buy again from Vicky and the team again.

Not often you find the best price also combined with a quality product and top service. Special thanks to Vicky who was very helpful throughout and also followed up to check everything was in order. I don't order glass that often but will certainly recommend.

It's all so much better with nice people!

Great experience both with Vicky on the phone and the delivery staff when my sealed unit arrived.

Prices are great and I can't fault the quality.

I was genuinely concerned because the price seemed too cheap compared to others but the glass arrived first thing in the morning, in perfect condition, the perfect size and good quality.
Vicky called me to confirm delivery, called me to remind me and also messaged me after delivery to check everything was good. Really happy with Vicky and Sealed Units Direct
