Excellent service / good pricing and Vicky is the bizness.

Simple way to order replacement windows, informative and easy process, thank you Vicky and team for the great communication and excellent support!

So easy to order from this company.
Found this company on the WEB and gave them a call to ask a few questions. I spoke to very helpful lady called Vicky. She guided me through the whole of the ordering process and assuring me about the leaded stripe on the window. Ordering on-line using their order page was very easy and fool proof. Completed the order and made payment. As per their advertising regarding delivery sure enough 10 days after my order the sealed unit arrived to my home by their own delivery people. A first class service. Would highly recommend.

Mind blowingly good service and competitive price!
Vicky was awesome and went above and beyond to help with last minute changes to my order.

Website easy to use and simple to understand. Good pricing and short lead-time to delivery. All enquiries handled promptly and courteously by Vicky. Would order from them again without hesitation.

Ordered a double-glazed unit online and realised I needed to change the delivery address last minute. Contacted customer service and Vicky sorted the change immediately, no fuss at all. Units arrived on time, perfect condition, excellent quality. Really impressed with the helpfulness and speed — highly recommend!

I wanted a single double glazed window made for a project I was doing on my boat. I used Sealed Units Direct as I found they were a local company to myself based in Essex.
It was easy to order on the website.
Then from start to receiving it I was kept informed of the progress. Quick turnaround time. Delivery was at a time and date convenient to myself and the driver informed me before hand of his arrival.
Th unit was of excellent quality and fitted perfectly in place.
I highly recommend this company to anyone needing double glazed windows and will be definitely using them again.
A big thank you to Vicky for all her help an asset to your company.

I ordered a sealed unit from here and it was very straight forward. However after I installed it and removed the labels from the glass i noticed it had a couple of scratches. I emailed them to tell them and they contacted me quickly to resolve the issue. Maisie was very helpful, she organised a replacement immediately without any fuss and she kept me updated with the progress of my replacement. It arrived today spot on with no issues. A big thank you to Maisie for being so polite and understanding and helpful. Makes a change to have a company who rectifies issues without having to jump through hoops.
Well done Maisie 👍

Nice, easy to use website and very competitive pricing. Despite the great website I managed to make a mistake with my order and made contact to request a change. Vicky called me straight back and managed to get my mistake corrected - great customer service! Delivery was no hassle and within the quoted timeframe. Will 100% use these guys again. Thanks Vicky!

Unit was well priced and arrived when expected. Fits well and quality seems good. Good comms from the team. Would use again.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Was very easy to order on their website. Once ordered was kept up to date with the order process and the day before received a call from Vicky to advise us of the delivery date. We had a couple of technical queries and she was able to answer these for us too which helped greatly.

Delivery drivers were excellent and arrived in Derbyshire before 8.30 am despite the overnight snow.
Would highly recommend this company for the quality of service received which was excellent from start to finish.
