Very quick response to my claim
Very quick response to my claim. Only problem I encountered was converting the proof from emails to a format that I could upload to the claim form. However, for the reassurance of having a booking covered that was made a long way ahead, it was definitely worth it.

Broadway Ticket Refund Success
When we booked our Broadway tickets, we added the refund insurance hoping we would not need to use it. However, due to a sudden illness, we had the ability to cancel our plans. Submitting our cancellation via the ticketing website was super easy and the refund came through in about three days! Superb customer service!

I bought insurance for 2 performances…
I bought insurance for 2 performances and the refunds are not being processed.
If this is a policy- it should be better shown on the site so you do not purchase the insurance thinking you'll have it to only have loopholes.
