have bought from this company in the past. now I intended to do great business. I bought an alarm panel and some components for a customer so that his higher risk is covered. after hearing about 10 days of news where the order stopped, they did not have my VAT number, how is it possible that I ordered several times this year, well passed on 3 days later at home. The alarm panel broke after about 14 days. I have been in contact and they advised me to send the control panel.. but because there is an increased risk, they advised me to order a new one so that it would be there within a few days. I have done the bestwlling and emailed the proof of payment I didn't hear anything for 10 days until that client of mine angrily/oriented asked when I was planning to come I have logged in now my order has stopped why? is out of stock

I chatted why stopped this time and didn't let me know etc after chatting for more than 1 to 1.5 hours I managed to cancel it and order another panel with the same motherboard. This panel should be cheaper but I had to pay a little more dab 15 pounds extra no problem zw would send invoice payment info.nothing received again chat yes we sent .but nothing received and no more response. Chatted again this morning pff total over 2 to 3 hours lost. now I don't have an invoice yet, but at least the amount and description for the 15.73 pounds With the question if I send a proof of payment now whether it can be sent immediately, answer no 5 days and then within 72 hours, so with shipping about over 7 to 12 days in my warehouse why as flexible as a concrete post. No one who wants or can or wants to think solution-oriented I strongly advise against this company
thanks for your response. I am convinced that the bureaucratic behavior of your organization coincides with the disinterested attitude of the name of the last employee. I don't think it's normal that I have to connect for more than 4 hours through a chat. of course i pay those £15.73 as i paid each order also £600. Of course I'm going to depend on the defect, I fully understand that something can be broken. But when I ask I send you a proof of payment now.. it is said it will take 5 working days and then we will send it within 72 hours. so sorry but we are not sending it today and this after at least 4 hours of chatting and a lot of stress. I also emailed your director but hierarchy received no response. I saw that I am not the only one who has bad experience with your service. improve to keep and get is my advice.

Ordered alarm panel and detectors and it took 2 weeks for delivery. When I open the box found a damaged detector. Riased a ticket to get replacement. Sent photos and over a week later ticket closed no resolution.
Tried rining them no answer (also noted it is premium line [cost £2for no one to answer]), only recorded messages directing me to there web site.
Started to use them because they are local but I won't be ordering from them again.
Have raised another ticket today see where this one ends.

I ordered online on 18th of June one of the honeywell alarm product and I wait 5 days to get it but nothing received. I called them on 23rd of June to see where is the parcel may be I missed it or I can go to local shop to get it etc. They said order not dispatched! I wasted a week with them.

Easy to make the initial order and arrived quickly.

The problems occur if you need to ask questions or worse exchange a product. Only phone number is premium rate, no web chat and very very slow to respond to the web form.

To be fair once I returned the item the refund was processed fast. 2 stars as make it so hard to do business with them.

Expensive postage for what you are getting and the dreaded Vat is not included in the web prices so be careful with these guys. The same product that I could have got on eBay with free postage turned out to be rather expensive!

Very painful checkout process with no guaranteed delivery date....
My first order was cancelled as I was using a new account (new email) and the billing address somehow didn't match the card.
I dug out my old account that I'd used before - still had my old details that had worked historically... again rejected due to something not matching in the billing address.
Gave up and went to Hunters.

Review downgraded to one star as the public response from security warehouse included private details from my account regarding payment method of previous orders.

Fast service, great prices and good range. Just how a modern company should operate.

I have purchased from security warehouse many times and have found them to be excellent priced, and quick on delivery. Would recommend them highly.

Really glad I stumbled across Security Warehouse!
I was only after some shielded alarm cable and some reed switches, but they have an excellent range at really competitive prices.
The parcel arrived today! Not bad turning it around in just two working days!
